Welcome

Surprise! We have a special event for you today: I'm writing the report instead of Raist AND, as a bonus, it's on time! Huzzah! Raist is going to be away until sometime next week, so feel free to bombard his email with any Star Wars related memes as you can find.

It has been a slow news week, but there have been a few new competitions started, including a good Wiki one that I'm excited for - it's also similar to something I'm wanting to work on for our Tal Military, so I'm going to watch this to see how well it goes.

Competitions

Like I mentioned above, there's been a few new comps, including a couple TOR ones and a Wiki one. Something for everyone!

Wiki: Create an Article - Damon Nix This is an opportunity to a) practice your wiki'ing, and b) develop an NPC background for a "famous" character in our lore. Read the instructions and have some fun with it!

May the Fourth Be With You 2015: GFX - This runs until the 18th and allows you to have fun with the SW universe. Take a look at it and let your creative juices flow.

Raist's trivia competition has another day left. Only 4 people have submitted, so you have a great chance at finishing top 3 on this one with a few minutes of work.

My Sporcle series continues with lucky #13 and it starts today. Have fun and enjoy this simple comp.

Feel free to put a submission in for Caption the Picture - it's running until the end of the month. There's also the Monthly Mobile Gaming comp and a Star Conflict PvP one as well.

News

One very important promotion was earned this week!

Clan

1. Kyber was promoted to Jedi Hunter! He's been working away at this piece by piece for the last few months and finally checked all the boxes for it - just one more elevation to reach that important DJK mark. Be sure to congratulate him!

Brotherhood

1. Val continued the tradition of having weekly reports, this time touching on unsportsmanlike conduct and updates on dbbot for gaming, PvE gorefests, and a few other things.

Star Wars

1. Nothing from our illustrious Recruiting Office this week, so I have nothing to share!
