New Exarch Staff Hired

I received some great applications for Exarch Staff, but narrowed it down to 2 new candidates I've already started working with on our task list.

Please welcome Tuuka (@Xhedias) and Mune (@MuneKIT) to the team. They will join Teebu (@Amaranth) to fill out the Exarch Staff.

As I mentioned in my last report, I'm still looking for members that are interested and willing to run RPs. Myself and the Exarch staff are here to help and guide, but ultimately one of our main goals is that you all should be empowered and comfortable running your own sessions. Project Updates

The Kanban board has been populated with our initial scope of work. Here is a look at what we have in the works right now, followed by some quick notes on some of the items.

Intro to Roleplaying Exam

The team has dived right in to creating our first SA course focused on how to join, set up, and participate in RP activities.

Roleplay Society: Fiction/Mechanics

This is in my backlog for the moment. Once a few other things are completed (Intro to RP) I'll start diving more into this which will involve math, more math and...math (yuck). Once that's hammered out, we should be able to get more into the "fun" side which is items, features, and content.

Similarly for the Fiction side of things, I'll start a thread on this soon, but wanted to prioritize a few other things first...

Exarch Sponsored Content

...like Exarch Sponsored RPs! These RP's will be run by a member of staff, with Exarch oversight, and serve as "templates" or "Examples" of how RPs can be run. We'll try to have at least 2-3 of these sponsored contents a month, and either grow or shrink depending on the community response.

Keep an eye out for those, and make #rp-lobby one of the few channels you keep unmuted!!
