Admin Notes

Hello all! Welcome to my first report as the new Quaestor. I firstly want to voice appreciation for Sera/Orion for being a great leader and being supportive. I hope and know you’ll succeed further than anyone in your class. Secondly, thank you to Socorra for continuing to be an excellent Battleteam Leader for our Dajorran Marshals. I appreciate your knowledge and experience in leadership prior and now. Going forward to explain some thoughts and ideas, I’ll talk about what I am setting up as goals and expectations for myself as well as the house as an overall assessment conceptually. For this moment, I don't think I'm going to announce for Aedile just yet. I would like to spend some more time assessing the membership activity and where I would ideally need assistance in this position so that I can start to pursue this. I want to mostly use the next quarter of time (3 months leaning into 6 months) to focus on the member base with investment into some activity boosters and other things. Such activities would be having a Quarterly Assessment and Reward (QAR) based on certain tasks such as competitions, participation in gaming, fiction and graphic as well as other supportive tasks like Wikipedia work, project work, and anything else that helps assist us to grow. Since we recently were able to submit an item for the House as a representation of ourselves, I want to start doing this quarterly so that the said item may be given to the winning. Each month with a report released, there will be a reflection of what the current leaderboard is so that anyone who wishes to win the item can compete by doing more of whatever suits your fit and would help get you points. Speaking of this, I will need to review back over the past quarter and see if there is someone who would be the first to hold until the next quarter. I will do some digging into this and post a follow up supplemental report to address this and additionally a very brief survey to get a feel for individual thoughts and feelings.
