Some Things to Do

There are so many things to do this beautiful winter season.

• Our fantastic Summit as put together a series of Competitions, the Winter Trials, if you haven’t had a chance to check it out, you have about one more day for Week 1, and we’ve got 2 more weeks after that. I definitely recommend it, there are some great competitions. It’s a little different than the normal, in that everyone in the Summit has a competition every week, so you may see some you haven’t seen a style for before. Also don’t forget to check out the RO which is also part of the Winter Trials, running all three weeks. Get down there and give us your best fiction.

• Go Shopping! This isn’t a competition, but if you haven’t had a chance to use your credits yet, I recommend that you do!

• Get excited for the new Star Wars movie, Rogue One, coming out in one weeks time. If you haven’t gotten your tickets, do it. Tell us what you think, but be respectful of others. No spoilers on the main site, or on Telegram. Let people enjoy it for themselves, and until further notice, please don’t talk about the movie in detail. Except for how excited you are, that we like.

• The Dark Council is also running a series of competitions in celebration of Rogue One, obviously do our Winter Trials first, but if you’re all done, go over and support our DJB Leaders.

• Furious asks: can you use your montrals to help me find my car keys?

Answer: Can I? Yes. Will I? No. Slags requisitioned them, and he scares me. I’m not asking for those back.

• Blair asks: any plans for a Aedile vs Aedile ACC match?

Answer: Not as of yet, but there definitely could be. I’ve challenged all my other fellow Aediles (all one of them). Xolarin, you up for it?

• Blair asks: what would you say is your most prized possession?

Answer: When I read this question to my wife, she said her of course, but she’s not a possession so I disagree. I like my computer, probably what I use the most. But in our new possession system, it’s definitely gotta be my Equite Saber. Closely followed by my Aethersprite, because dang that thing is expensive.

• Silent asks: what's the one thing in the possessions store that you want?

Answer: I really want a custom lightsaber. I’m very big into art, and I love concepts for things. I’m starting to get some ideas in my head for my eventual custom saber, but as of yet, I’m at least a few months out from that. Still need that Promotion! Wink Wink

• Laren asks: isn't #AsktheMerc better? :)

Answer: Yes, yes it is. I will never be able to live up to what you were able to do Laren. Plus you as a merc are way better than me as a Sith, the Force is a crutch, and I walk with a heavy limp.

• Arden asks: Should your boss do one of these in his next report and if so what would you call it?

Answer: Well boss, I’m always up for a good Q&A session. So my vote is yes. What it should be called, well that I’m not sure. You could always steal Laren’s and do #Askthe1/2Merc
