Hey folks, just a quick announcement that the two courses I teased in my last report are now live.

Recognizing Members replaces Leadership Rewards and outlines how things work in the brave new world of our XP system. It is really aimed at summit members, who are the ones who are going to do the bulk of promoting and awarding, but I hope it's a good, clear explanation for everyone. Unlike most of the other leadership courses, the exam is autograded for instant feedback. That means it's probably "easier" but several questions highlight ways the new system is different from what most people are used to, so hopefully that helps you adjust.

Completely unrelated to that, Zen finished up Combat Writing, which is also live. Whether you ACC or not, I think the content is helpful at improving your combat scenes.
