Introduction of a New Lightie

Greetings ~~minions~~ onlookers from other units and my fellow Odanites. I originally intended to shoot this out as an email to the Clan, then thought ‘Why not?’. So, now, my introduction is going to double as my first report as the new Aedile of House Hoth.

What say we buckle in and get moving?

For starters, my name is Celevon Edraven Erinos, formerly of Clan Arcona. Some of you already know me (Hint: They’re the ones saying ‘Oh gods why’ and/or ‘Heaven help us’.), but for those of you that don’t, I’ll give you a brief summary of my history in the Brotherhood. I joined the club just before Halloween of 2010, literally days before this Clan was born as the first light House. Of the near seven years since I joined, four of those were spent in a variety of positions ranging from Battleteam Leader, Rollmaster of House Plagueis and Quaestor of House Qel-Droma. In addition to my new position as Aedile of House Hoth, I also serve as Magistrate to the Headmaster of the Shadow Academy.

I’m well-known as a caffeine addict, hard worker and a generally obsessive-compulsive person. Unfortunately, due to the fact that I was not prepared to make a report, this one will not be as detailed as future ones shall be. I may also request new graphics for my headers and dividers between now and my next report... who knows. I’m partially colorblind, so I’m fairly sure the dragon headers and dividers are not grayscale flames — Edgar has just informed me that they are yellow/red, which is the largest area of color I cannot see. I think I’ll try for blue and silver.

I maintain an open-door and strict confidentiality policy with anyone who decides to approach me at any time. I do live just outside of New Orleans and work for a living, so I turn off Telegram notifications when I need to sleep. Rest assured, however, that I will get back to you as soon as I’m able to do so.

Once Edgar and I have sorted through everything, my next report will feature a fiction to whet your appetites.

Clan/House

First, a reminder that applications for the rare opportunity to form a new Battleteam within House Hoth are due on Friday, 19th May at server reset time, which is 1959 Eastern Daylight Savings Time (-4 UTC/GMT). Applications should be emailed in .pdf format to myself ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), Edgar ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), Alethia ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) and Turel ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) for review. Failing to send it to the four of us will not reflect well on your application, though those who have previously submitted applications before my appointment may forward them to me.
The Hoth Wiki Project is ongoing! Anyone interested in aiding us in the development of the lore should poke Edgar and I via email or Telegram to let us know if you have not already done so!
The second week of the COU-TAL Event, Desperate Measures is live! Get your entries in, folks! I’m jumping into it myself!

Brotherhood

Firstly, our Grand Master has released several updates, detailing the Recipients of the ever-coveted Seals of Loyalty, the Results of the May the Fourth Competitions and an Important Update concerning Diablo III.
From the office of the Herald, we have the Results of the FIRST EVER Herald Tournament, with our very own flower-girl, Jasper Arlow taking the top spot! Congratulations Jasper! Secondly, applications for Magistrate to the Herald have been extended to Friday, 19th May!
Marick has released his VOICE Report, detailing updates to... well, if I told you, you wouldn’t read it. Go check it out!
My other boss released his Twelfth Report as Headmaster, detailing the shiny changes coming within the Shadow Academy!
From the office of the FIST, we have an update to the links within the Monthly Mobile Gaming competition and an update on Destiny Raid awards!
Finally, the position of Tarentum Proconsul is open for applications until the end of the month!

Oh gods what have they done ;p yes I'm one of those people who worked with Cel before. Welcome aboard with you around I know Edgar got an amazing AED to work with. I would say I expect great things from you but we both know thats a given. Just don't make me eat my words bro.
