Fiction

This fiction is centered around a new character of mine I have planned to be sort of an antagonist to both The Lady and Wildcards.

--- The quiet cold night chilled the body of a lone Falleen woman standing just outside of the Trepus Mining barracks. She breathed in deeply and allowed a long sigh of air to escape her body as the warmth of her breath hitting the icy air could be seen. She had taken her helmet off, just long enough to use her long range visor to stare into her surroundings as she calculated her next move. Would she continue on with her plan? Did she dare come forward to this barrack with her way of life and calibrated execution of enslavement of all those within the walls? She knew very well there were Force-sensitive creatures within the Mining barrack, but she did not wish to disturb their insignificant life… not yet anyway.

--- “We shall see if they know about us soon, my little experiment.” A strong masculine voice called to her senses and she turned to see a familiar Umbaran standing behind her with a small entourage collected around him. He used the term “experiment” with such endearment as to his belief he owned her; however, he was her pawn and she allowed him to believe it was reversed.

--- This woman would not speak to him but merely nodded her head with a slight gentle elegance to her expression. She knew not to speak against him or to insult his masculinity in the presence of others. As she returned her attention to the barracks, the woman noticed something quite odd about the station. It looked somehow abandoned but she knew there was life within the walls. Her senses told her so.
