A New Old Blade

Hello members of Ajunta Pall, (And whoever else may be reading this) and welcome to my first/fourth report as Aedile. For those who don't know me, well I can only assume your dwelling of choice is underneath a rock of some kind. However, to be more useful, I've mostly been around for the coming up on three years I've been a member of Plagueis, I've done some stuff here and there, you might have even in Ajunta Pall when I was here last.

Communication

Communication is important; you could even say crucial. Which is why I hope to maintain an open door policy. Email or Telegram, you've got something you want to see done or do yourself drop me a message and I'll talk it through with Laren. The more detail you go into, the better a case I can make, odds are, if it's a competition idea that doesn't seem too niche we'll heavily consider it, if not outright run it.

Competitions

There's quite a lot of these out there, however here are just a few that shouldn't take days to complete.

• Snake...? SNAKE?! by Ka Tarvitz- repay Tarvitz for his super politeness by taking some time out your day to play Snake, if you submit a valid screenshot you could win a lovely shiny crescent.

• Name the Lightsaber by PCON Abadeer Taasii- The Dread Lord's wrath needs your help in identifying lightsabers from canon, legends and even the DJB, quickest time and most correct answers win.

• A Pantoran and a Demon walk into a bar... by Kelly Mendes- Yes I'm running this one, and it ends tomorrow, so after reading this report think of something funny and submit it, you could just sneak a crescent.

• FIST Monthly Gaming for Glory - February 2017 by Dracaryis and Edgar Drachen- The FIST staff want you to play games, this competition allows you to play supported games and get comp participation at the same time. It's a win/win.

Interview The Demon

I'm not sure how regular this will be, it will depend on the number of questions I get each month but I created a GForm which by filling out provides me with a mixture of deep, meaningful questions and those that are on the more comedic side, I'll answer them all. Without further adieu, let's get right into the questions

• Silent asked: When it comes to eating your enemies for breakfast do you have them served in Waffle or Pancake style? A: Both, it depends on what I feel like having on that particular day. Pancakes win mostly, though I've recently started having these cinnamon waffles that are pretty decent.

• Kalon asked: More Cowbell? A: I was going to say no since we had a baby around initially, but since that's no longer the case, as long as you keep it away from me.

• Furios asked: Made any good demonic pacts or performed any fun mortal possessions lately? A: Sadly not, apparently it's damaging to the clan to possess slaves and run at people, loss of labour or something. I think Laren just doesn't want me to have fun.

• Abadeer asked: What is the biggest thing you're looking forward to as being the new Aedile for HKM? A: Is this a job offer? I thought that was already taken. But since you took the time to ask, I'll let you know what I'm looking forward to as the new Aedile of HAP. I'm looking forward to engaging with our members on a variety of platforms and seeing their ideas. I look forward to reading posts in the clan run on Manifest Destiny and hopefully involving House members in fictions.

A couple links and a conclusion

So just before I wrap this thing up, there are a couple of things, specifically GForms. (yes that will become a thing) First up is the Interview the Demon form which can be found here where your questions can be submitted, or if that's not your thing or you have multiple questions email with Interview the Demon as the subject. Next up is something I felt appropriate to leave til last because I've only just mentioned it above. A form which should aid Laren and me to help people who wish to participate in Manifest Destiny but have no idea how to introduce themselves. So I'll not keep you waiting here is the link to the Manifest Destiny form.
