“I’ve seen continued reports from the Nighthawk. Qurroc’s performance has been impressive.” Arcia Cortel’s image wavered for a moment on the projector, the statement impassive as always from the Proconsul.

The monitor below the projector flickered past multiple classified files, the Proconsul dedicating them to memory moments before erasing the records. The actions of the Nighthawk and her crew were only maintained on premises of the Dajorra Intelligence Agency. Only a select few could remote access the files as the Proconsul now did.

“He was trained by the last three Captains of the Nighthawk — * his talent and his experience will continue to provide the results we expect.” Uji Tameike nodded in agreement. With greater frequency - since the Fall of SCEPTER - he had leaned on *Nighthawk and its diverse crew to complete their agenda against the leaders of the Perdition.

“I’ve still been awaiting an answer on the whereabouts and actions of Soulfire as well Aedile.” Irritation creeped into the Proconsul’s voice as a prior conversation concerning Uji’s approval for Soulfire to rebrand themselves under a new moniker and use without consulting the Proconsul came to her mind.

“Celahir and the Erinos have been where they needed to be, when they needed to be there Proconsul. Celahir and his team will be there when we need them, as they have always been.” The Aedile remained unflinching under the Pronconsul’s scornful gaze.

“Let’s hope you’re correct Aedile”

Introduction

Welcome my friends,

We moved from Fall of Scepter to Arcona Gaming Dominance (October) and [Arcona] Halloween Horror Nights. We had our best month in Arcona Gaming Dominance with 19 unique participants, over 30 crescents given away, and we stole away six of the nine spots in the Grand Master’s Royal Guard elite! In Halloween Horror Nights, we had 33 unique participants, 177 submissions to events, received double digit participation to every event, and had a lot of fun in the process.

In light of upcoming changes to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, the decision has been made to pass on Arcona Gaming Dominance and creation of Competitions to Celahir and Rulvak for the time being, this means if you have Competition ideas (whether you are in either of their BT’s or not) pass your ideas to these guys and they can help you look over them, give you ideas and pass the word up as well. In the coming weeks we will see fairly significant updates throughout the Clan’s History and Future.

We have also been blessed of late with numerous members stepping to the fore to run additional competitions such as our own Zakath and Nath running multiple Character Development Competitions.

Fiction Competition Spotlight:

Aedile’s Thoughts: Zakath and Nath Voth present us with a dual options for fiction this month. I will alow Dan (Zakath) to speak on behalf of the competitions as he can do a far better job of it than I can. (The joys of being a former Obelisk, I’m still allowed to act like a ground pounder now and then).

Greetings, my friends! We are entering the last ten days of the Arconan Origins competition, and may I say, I am excited? Fourteen subscribers, and five submissions so far! And I’ve no doubt there are more submissions on the way. For those of you who don’t know what this is about, it is a fiction competition that delves into why your character chose to join Arcona, your House, or your Battle Team! What was your motivation for choosing to serve?

I am loving the stories I’m seeing so far, and can’t wait to read more! The competition closes on the afternoon of the 30th, and if we hit 10 submissions, the Level Three Crescents get bumped up to Level Two! So go forth, regale me with why your character chose to join where they did, and most importantly, have fun!

This competition has only just begun, and already we got nine subscribers and two submissions so far! And this one also excites me! The first time your character encounters the Force, either in themselves, or by witnessing another’s power, it can be a life changing moment, or simply another blip on the radar in a galaxy full of strange wonders.

Tell me your stories, my friends! If your character is Force Sensitive, how did they discover their power? Through rage and accidently killing an old friend? Or on the battlefield, desperately trying to keep their comrade from dying? For the people who are not touched with the Force, how did you first witness its power for yourselves? Were you awestruck and frightened as an Elder unleashed the full power of the Dark Side in a blast of fearsome Force Lightning on his foe? Or were you unimpressed as a Novice tries to move a rock a mere foot before collapsing in exhaustion at the effort?

This competition runs until December 15th, and has Level Three Crescents up for grabs! So go and tell us your stories, and as always, have a blast writing it!
