Introduction

Before we begin, go participate in a GJW event. It can be something easy like the Puzzle or Hunt the Jedi but make sure something gets participation. If you’ve already done all the easy ones, make a bit of progress on some of the more difficult ones. Maybe write a paragraph or two for your Fiction or scribble together a drawing for either of the two different Graphics Events. Once you’re finished with that, read on for a short report featuring the Great Jedi War that’s going on right now!

News and Events

There’s only one thing that’s relevant this month and that’s the GJW:

• Great Jedi War XII has started with the title Retribution. Round 1 will last until November 30th and should provide more than enough time for members to get into the swing of things. Subsequent rounds will be shorter so be ready to really work on the participation and show the other clans who’s boss.
• Read the GJWXII Prologue - The Collective for valuable fictional context to the Vendetta.
• Read the first chapter of the GJW storyline, Vengeance, read the second chapter, Impetus, and the third chapter, War.
• Be sure to also read the updated Vendetta rules as well. Veterans should read it for a refresher and members who are new to club-wide events like this should read it for full clarification of Vendetta policy.

Quaestor’s Words

I’ve been talking about the GJW this whole time so I’m not going to badger you anymore. If you want a refresher on any of it, just sort through my previous reports and read the Quaestor’s Words. You know the goal is to get 100% participation and you know why it’s in everyone’s best interest that you do so (shoutout to those who signed up for the now-closed gaming brackets). All I’m going to say is that if you’re reading this, go do another competition for the Great Jedi War. If you’ve already hit all the individual comps then make some progress on the team events. Just make sure that you’ve participated in two comps whilst reading this report. After all, there is war going on.

In Conclusion

As I said earlier, there’s a war going on so this news update is relatively short. If you read this and followed instructions, you should have participated in at least two events already. Just stay focused and make the effort and you should have no problem doing at least a majority of the remainig comps. Remember to have fun and next month we’ll shower in the spoils.
