This week: we're doing it live. I'm on a bit of limited time today, but I put out my report every week and that's not going to change. At this point we have some really cool things happening, so let's get right down to it.
First up: Teu has been promoted to the lofty height of Equite 4, as an Obelisk Primarch. Please make sure you congratulate her on this massive accomplishment! It's not every day someone gets promoted to the highest echelons of the Equites. Teu, as well as a number of others, have been recognised in Malik's news post, so go show them all your support!
First off is our major update: our two battleteams are now going to be moving into the progress phase! As Teu and I received a grand total of zero emails regarding who wanted placements in battleteams despite a newspost and an email about the topic, we took this as a sign that you guys felt the skeins of fate would determine your placements. As such, we're going to announce the new teams. Currently they still have old names; just go with it for now until the BTLs sort out their paperwork and get on that.
Team One, led by Maelous: Xia Long, Araxis Farron, Raistlin Sadow, Faeril Munlear, Khaldrago Quincy, Rhiann Baentre, Rand al'Thor, Shi'Dan Kal'Rai, Cheerin
Team Two, led by Jeric: Trev, Sanjuro Keibatsu, Horus Blackheart, Dyrra Skye, Yuriko Mortehana, Ar'rik, Jhonario L'assaut, Kyrath Amaranthi, Kara Vi'dreya
These teams are roughly even in terms of participation and ability. If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to myself and we'll get that sorted for you straight away.
Teu: Promotion to Obelisk Primarch
Rhiann Baenre: 1x Legion of the Scholar, 39x Cluster of Fire
Vaar Mai: 211x Cluster of Fire
Yuriko Mortehana: 6x Cluster of Fire
Nintendo trivia results: Locke in first, Rhiann in second! Congrats to you two. Legions of the Scholar are coming your way.
There are openings on the Voice Staff, as well as some assistant positions for ACC testing open. If you're interested in that, please check out Mav's news post.
Hearthstone's in open beta! It's a game by Blizzard, a card game more specifically, and if you've ever played Magic the Gathering, you'll find some very familiar themes. We'd like to make it a DJB platform, so if you'd like to get into this game or help make it a platform, check out Solari's news post!
Zombies! TOR! The Rakghoul event is back on with TOR. Raken announced this earlier in the week and here I am reminding you that TOR is an awesome game. Check it out if you'd like to win some sweet-ass loot.
I'm going to come out and say it (and no, I'm not coming out of the closet, goddamn) - I'd like to see you guys participate more. House Marka Ragnos, right now, has a very poor response rate to emails, reports, competitions, what have you - we have the same few people responding to everything, earning awards, participating in competitions. That's really not enough. It's a very small group of 3-4 people in every case. I'd like to hear from you guys more - opinions, ideas, general banter, competition entries, whatever. We're a House, but if everyone's off doing their own thing and not chatting with everyone else about it, the House starts feeling empty. I know a number of you are working on projects like the Lightsaber Guide and stuff, but I'm only now finding out about things like that. Please keep in touch with not only myself and Teu but everyone else and maybe we can turn this ship around.
Stay classy, Marka Ragnos.

I like seeing my names places, yay. I'm bad for not responding to e-mails. I'll try to smarten up.
Excited to see where this goes. Progess! Whooooooo!
