Clan News

Lexic recently stepped down as Quaestor of Shar Dakhan, I just want to thank him for working with me these past four months, it’s been a blast. Applications for his replacement are open until the 11th July. If you think you have what it takes to be awesome like me and Lexic and lead a House, then check out the requirements here.

We’ve also been discussing plans for the Clan event in August/September time, look out for more about that in the near future. If you have anything in particular you’d like to see competition wise or opponent wise, whether it be within the Clan or against another Clan, then let Locke, Cethgus and myself know.

Finally, Inarya has a gaming night planned for Monday nights, where you guys get to pick the game and earn some CFs against each other. She’s also got plans for Trivia on IRC on Tuesday nights. So check that out and earn some shinies.

House News

I’d like to start off by addressing the Battleteams.

Both Shadow’s Bane and the Night Raptors have a history within Marka Ragnos and Naga Sadow that is a proud one and they’re led at the moment by the leadership teams of Sebz and Krataa for Shadow’s Bane and Armad and Tasha for Night Raptors. They’re working hards to provide you with competitions and projects to work on.

I’m making this an open call to all members of Marka Ragnos, regardless of rank and experience to join a team. They’re a great place to work together with others, mentor newer members and contribute to the House.

Last report, I mentioned our Wiki project. I’m looking for someone willing to do some Wiki work for me to create pages for our Squadrons. If you want to help me out, drop me an email.

The Summit has been charged with putting out competitions and to participate in as many as possible when allowed. A special shoutout to Tasha for running a bunch of competitions in June.

Lastly, I’d like to welcome Krataa, who moved over to us from Shar Dakhan to join Shadow’s Bane as a Battleteam Sergeant.

Listen to me, Morty

Another month passed as Quaestor and I’ve finally got a full Summit roster. I did offer the House an opportunity to have a House event this month, but got no responses or interest shown in it. Instead, Maelous and I will be unleashing a competition each week for the House to do. They’ll be a different format each time, so check them out.

I’ve recently started and finished watching Rick and Morty, rather behind the times I know. I’d seen it advertised when they did a Simpsons Intro and I loved it. The next season comes out end of the month and if you’ve not heard of it before, then check out the season 2 trailer. I heartily recommend checking it out.
