A New Dawn, A Knight is Born
House Shar Dakhan command ship has been settled in Wild Space orbiting Shaevalis Prime. The members of the House have been finishing up a diplomatic mission with Consul Bentre Stahoes and his Proconsul Miss Ashia Keibatsu. The shipped echoed with the lack of crew aboard, most of the members have rendezvoused outside of the capital city.
Acolyte Calenhad just arrived from a previous mission, and his Master Battlemaster Takagari KogaRyu was awaiting his arrival in the hanger bay. The shuttle carrying the Acolyte moved in precision cadences as it landed in its designated spot. The crew door whisked open, and Cal stood waiting to disembark.
“Don’t get too comfortable Cal, we need to head down to the surface, you and I have a dilemma we need to clear up,” instructed the Battlemaster.
Cal looking puzzled, “What is the OP Master?”
“Hard to say, Cal, I was told very little except, you have to see it to believe it…”
Takagari entered the shuttle and instructed the pilot to head to the surface at these coordinates as he handed him a small sheet of paper. The pilot looked at the Sith and simply nodded his head.
The crew door shut and once again the shuttle maneuvered down the tarmac and blasted off into the darkness of space. The two passengers did not speak much; Cal looked exhausted as his last mission had taken a toll on him. DarkHawk instructed his apprentice to meditate until we landed. Cal did precisely that. A small smile crested the lips of the Battlemaster.
The shuttle came into the designated coordinates and landed on the lush green grass of the forest floor. The crew door opened, Cal and Takagari exit the shuttle, Cal took a deep breath of the fresh air.
“Master this is not the capital city at all…”
“You would be correct Cal…” replied DarkHawk as he gestured to his apprentice to walk the trail.
The two walked for a few yards and entered into a clearing, the Sadowan’s were at the base of a mountain. The rock formation blending into the mountain side, had over a millennia formed a distinctive pattern. The shape of a face, with the mouth representing the entrance to the mountain cave. As they approached, a another pattern of rocks formed about twenty-five yards off the entrance of the skull cave. Curved at the top coming down into two opposing arching points, the remnants of time deteriorated the details of the formation. The entire deity symbol engrossed about ten meters tall and five meters wide.
“DarkHawk, this is the Temple of Souls…” Cal said almost enthusiastically.
“Indeed…”
At that moment, the members of Shar Dakhan appeared exiting the Skull Cave. They were all adorned in formal garb and positioned themselves in two single-file lines on both sides of the Takagari and Calenhad. Finally, Battlelord Etah, Bentre Stahoes and Ashia Keibatsu exited the cave. As they approached DarkHawk spun around and gave only a one-word order to his Apprentice.
“Kneel…”
The tone of the Battlemaster was very different from the “normality” Calenhad was used to with his Master. “Calenhad you are placed here in these hallowed grounds to stand judgment of your purity in the eyes of your elders, Battlelord Bentre Stahoes, Augur Aishia Keobatsu, Battlelord Etah.”
“You have proven yourself as an exceptional alley, fighter, and brother to Clan Naga Sadow. I am honored to present to you the title of Dark Jedi Knight.” DarkHawk detached his long hilted saber from his belt and ignited the Cobalt blade, placing it near Cal’s left ear. Its hypnotic hum echoed in his ear, DarkHawk moved his blade from left to right, christening his Apprentice.
“Rise, my Apprentice, rise as a Knight of Sadow.” Exclaimed DarkHawk. Battlelord Bentre passed to his Quaestor of House Shar Dakhan a single metallic hilt. Etah, then following suit passed it to his Aedile. DarkHawk held the hilt in one hand directly in front of his apprentice.
“Take this hilt as your weapon, and rise through the ranks of Sadow, you are now amongst the elite, carry yourself in such a manner to pay homage to our father, and our brethern.”
Cal stood astonished as his entire House erupted in ceremonious cheer. DarkHawk handed the hilt to his apprentice, Cal bowing to his master as he accepted the gift. “Your path is pure, my former Apprentice, welcome to Knighthood!”

House Shar Dakhan, time flies when you're having fun.....again! So a lot has happened since we last had these formal preceding's. So we will start with the big news, our very own Marcus has been selected as the Praetor to the Headmaster at our coveted Shadow Academy!!!!! So flipping cool, Congrats Sir!!!!
And, as you read in the exert above, our own little Cal has been knighted and elevated to the rank of Knight! Congrats Big Dawg you deserve that one. A stellar performance setting the example for our younger recruits to follow. Very proud of your achievement!!!!!
Now on to another great achievement, our very own Acolyte Jinius Griffin has cranked out 33 Shadow Academy Courses and 5 Shadow Academy Degrees. WOW! Great JOB BROTHA!!!!!!!!!
So we got a couple things going as you will see, but I want to thank, Erik Cato and Vosiri Lightcrest for getting their House events up and running. Had a pretty good turn out for Exodus of the Disciple, and now we move to Discovery. So EVERYONE jump into this event and blast it out of the water.
