Introduction

Hello HSD, welcome to my second monthly report! This month’s feature subject is activity.

Good news - I am thrilled by how active and supportive our Summit is. Jurdan and Lilith have been nothing but agile, headstrong and informative in the past month (as they have been ever since I became Quaestor), and I want to thank them publically for making my life easier.

Bad news - Overall activity has dropped by quite a margin since New Ties ended. We currently have an ongoing Housewide event which, due to low subscription and participation numbers, had to be converted to Clanwide. I do not want to bore you with the same exact sentence I’ve said practically every day since I became Quaestor, so here it is one last time: “I want to hear from you! Tell me everything and anything that is on your mind concerning the DJB. Do you want more of specific types of competitions? Do you want to do stuff that is currently not being done? Is there a way to upgrade your experience? I know it sounds cliché but I am here to answer any questions or try and resolve any problems you are having.”

CNS Fools

Congratulations to Firith and Bentre for winning a tied first place in the CNS Fools competition, as well as Armad for placing third! The full participation and placement statistics can be found here.

Pirates of the Aeotheran

Just a reminder that Pirates of the Aeotheran is still running. The event can be found here. Once again, I urge you to participate as this event will be added as official House lore, and the overall winner will be allowed to choose the prompt for the next House Shar Dakhan event! More about this from Jurdan himself, so keep an eye open!

The Harrowing (ACC)

For those of you that do not know, there is an ongoing ACC Tournament to decide the CNS representative for the ACC event planned for the Great Jedi War. For those of you participating, good luck! For those of you not participating, make sure to root for your favorites! Very important stuff here, folks! I know I plan to finally get a score over 3 and perhaps beat someone for once!

Aexodcookie

This month’s Aexodcookie goes to Neophyte Erik Cato, a newcomer to House Shar Dakhan! Erik has only been a member of the DJB for nine days, and has already earned himself second place in SA courses completed for the month, won two competitions in Pirates of the Aeotheran, and has earned a Dark Cross. Keep it up!

Final Words

I’m sorry if I came out too rough in the good news - bad news category of the report. You know I love you all! With the GJW coming up, I want to make sure you are all ready to face it, as it’s the one event in the DJB where every tiny bit of participation and effort matters for each individual, as well as for the House and Clan as a whole. House Shar Dakhan, as well as all of Clan Naga Sadow has the capability to do great, hell I’d even say win the whole thing if we put our minds to it.
