As the new Aedile of House Liath I wanted to introduce myself. This isn't going to be the format of my subsequent reports, I wanted to be able to address the house a little more informally than will be typical in my reports. This is styled more as an open letter.

Folks know me around here as Etah, I started in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood almost 11 years ago in the Clan Arcona which was my home for roughly eight years before I transferred to Tarentium a few years back. Which was before the end of the Dark Crusade and before the re-clanning. Between Arcona and Tarentum I have held positions all the way up to and including House Quaestor. This is my fourth stint as Aedile and I'll let you in on a secret: This is my favorite position in the Brotherhood. Being involved and getting to work on projects are some of the things that have kept me with this organization so long.

I'm excited at the opportunity to work with my friend Rekio, who is a great asset to Tarentium and is a person I know I work well with. I am also excited at the opportunity to help establish the foundation for House Liath which if I have anything to say about it will go on to become a fixture in the Clan Tarentum. Make no mistake, what we do here, right now will lay the groundwork for what Grey Jedi Tarenti do many years from now. This isn't just fun, it's an important endeavor or as important as you can get in our particular land of make believe.

For those familiar with my character, the big dark baddie Sith Battlelord Etah you can relax, there's no way he's coming to Liath, that would be a disaster. Instead I am utilizing the newly published NPC system to bring to you Etah's Apprentice, Adrestia who is a dreadlocked Kiffar and both an ace pilot and a badass scout and her husband, Eros, who is a Sephi Techweaver; both of whom came to Dark Jedi Brotherhood space as part of Omancor Crask's Jedi and have been stranded here doing their best to survive every since. They should both have character sheets soon.

The last thing I intend to address in this report is this: Please fill out the following survey! Not just the members of House Liath but all of the members of the Clan Tarentum. This survey has been approved by Rekio and Bloodfyre is designed to generate metrics that will guide some of the decisions we make on the Clan and House Summits as to what competitions to create.
