Good evening/morning from Clan Naga Sadow. I would normally wait until the next Clan report, but given the official 'kick off' of the revitalized Black Guard I did not want to wait to give a couple of short announcements for the Clan. In this brief report I will also be making a couple of notes about small opportunities for which members can help the Clan and for which members can earn some of those shiny project points.

Results for the January 2022 Black Guard Trials

Although the administrative side of the January 2022 Black Guard competition is currently being completed, I can comfortably inform you all of last month's winners:

For the sake of transparency, I have pulled the current point results from my spreadsheet that I use to compile the data I pull from your dossiers to allow us to track your activity:

Clan Job Board

Small jobs for the Clan (and some BG points!)

• A new, modern page is needed for the updated Black Guard. If you are interested in crafting or helping to craft this page, your help would be appreciated. Point bounty: at least 5 pts for significant contribution, up to 15 in case of extreme contribution/rewrite

• System data update to reflect the modern Orian system If you want to help to rewrite a couple of pages or more, then your help would be appreciated. Point bounty: 5 pts for significant contributions, 10 for larger contributions at the discretion of the Summit

• 'Craft a faction' project for minor factions in our home system. These factions will include criminal elements or non-governmental subfactions to help enrich the Orian system and to show a bit of what in the system is (or is not worth) fighting for! 5 pts for simple faction contributions, larger faction fleshing out may result in bonus bounty points (5-10 bonus points). The Summit retains the right to veto certain details or elements of crafted faction according to the needs of the narrative/Clan.

• Flesh out your capital system which is as simple as creating new locales, inhabitants and the like to help further enrich the Orian system. **Point bounty: 5 points. The Summit retains the right to veto certain details or elements of crafted faction according to the needs of the narrative/Clan.

• Need member to run EU gaming nights for Clan Naga Sadow at least once a month. If you are able to run an event with three or more members of CNS, be it casual gaming, supported gaming, or other gaming it would be appreciated. If you can just ally with the Summit on planning, provide a screenshot of the participating members in the Clan channel during the event in question then some sweet BG points can be yours! Point bounty: 8 points.

• Need member to help run Americas Time Zone gaming nights for Clan Naga Sadow at least once a month. If you are able to run an event with three or more members of CNS, be it casual gaming, supported gaming, or other gaming it would be appreciated. If you can just ally with the Summit on planning, provide a screenshot of the participating members in the Clan channel during the event in question then some sweet BG points can be yours! Point bounty: 8 points.

• Have an idea for another form of community event? Contact the Consul/Summit. If it is viable you may very well be able to score some more points and the appreciation of the Summit. If it involves some work to get things going, you may be deemed eligible for some project work points. Point bounty: 8+ points

These are just a few bounties that came to mind. Watch the Clan channel and future reports and you might see a point bounty for a project pop up that you can complete to earn points and to help enrich and improve Clan Naga Sadow. Hoorah.

Alright folks, I think we will be leaving it here for now. The Crescents for January should be in the mail in the next few hours if all goes according to plan.

I hope to see you out gaming in the wild, participating in Clan RP as things ramp up, doing "all the things" and socializing together on the Discord in all manner of activities. Most of all, I hope that you will all rock this club together as a Clan. We should have some spontaneous fun cropping up over the coming months. Including some things that should be coming up rather soon.

I also dearly hope that everybody will give our Caper on the Hydian Way comps a crack. Nothing to lose; there are credits, Crescents, Clusters and fun to gain though.
