The winds, they are a changing.

Well friends we have reached the end of another month in House Karness Muur. We have had a few changes and we have also been awesome in the fact of our ass kicking in the Restoration event. Honestly the activity everyone has shown has been nothing short of inspiring and really makes the work that we do as a summit worth it to see you all out there competing and hopefully having fun. That said this will be a short report.

Shoutbox

We've had a few new people join us in the House. If you haven't yet please welcome Mayda Ferium and her apprentice Athrun Zala who have joined us from Scholae Palentine. They have both come in full throttle and gotten started participating in our clan event. Also a new member who has already racked up a slew of promotions Khal Xanderi. Within I think 3 days of joining Khal had already completed a dozen or so Shadow Academy courses and gotten promoted all the way to Protector so a big welcome and congratulations there.

Changing the Order

So normally here is where I put out all the medals and things everyone has done over the last month. I could list all the hundreds of clusters you've earned or what Shadow Academy courses you've completed, and I will go back to doing that next month I promise but I wanted to do something a little different this month.

So our house has a good number of members who have reached the rank of Dark Jedi Knight and higher into the Equite levels and have found this place in our career that we feel like we have plateaued. Trust me I am there and I understand. I mean I have been AED/QUA for over a year now with what I feel is good participation and keeping things running and haven't gotten that promotion that I've been seeking for almost 5 years now. You might be thinking if a person can run a house and still not get promoted what do they have to do? I want to assure you that I, and the entire Clan summit are working on finding the answer to that very question. If you look at our summit we are all stalled at the rank of Equite 3. I mean our Consul and ProConsul have been working tirelessly to do amazing things for our clan for months and months and in Teylas' case years with Plagueis. I am more than willing to have 1-on-1 chats with each of you that feel you fit this criteria to see what it is you think we can fix because many of you have been here as long or longer than I have and may have that idea or insight that finally can get us an answer to what it is we all need to get over that next hill. So please reach out with any ideas.

Wrapping it up

Well everyone aside from that we all are aware that part 2 of our final round of competition begins tomorrow. I want us to finish strong and I know you'll come out just as furious as you did in the last round. Keep working on that Battle Plan, I know you can produce something awesome there if you share the load between everyone's talents.
