Restored and Refreshed

Callus sat in silent contemplation with his fingers steepled in front of his face. He was still fuming over the events of recent weeks. Again he’d been denied the honor that was rightfully his by Selika and her sycophants in Ajunta Pall. He knew beyond any doubt that he was the superior leader and fighter but for some reason her dregs were able to keep his people in check. What was the problem? Training? Motivation? Desire? He needed for those under his charge to feel the same hatred and anger that he did towards Selika and Ajunta Pall, to be willing to throw everything they are and all they would ever be at their enemy without a moment’s hesitation. He exhaled and decided on his course of action. He reached for his comlink and thumbed it on.

Catching up on Current events

As I am sure you all know our extended Restoration event is over. No, we did not win but that is OK. I have been beyond thrilled at how many of you participated and the quality of those submissions with many of you placing in multiple events. So while we did not come away with the top prize we still made an excellent showing and one I don’t believe that the final score accurately represents. We also now have a place to begin as we prepare for our next event.

Next in the news, we are now short one Consul. Our mediocre leader Vivackus has decided that he just isn’t good enough to be our leader any more so we are going to find a better one. Speaking of, there are several people in the Clan now who may have what it takes to become our next Dread Lord. Those of you who think you fall into this category should apply to Sarin, Mav, and Jac on or before August 26th

New orders and Paths. Earlier this week Sarin showed us the new Order and Path structure along with the ranks and then Mav released a report further expounding on the new structure and ideas. So in short things are moving around here and while old fuddy duddies like me may not like where it’s going even I have to admit that if we don’t change we stagnate so maybe this is the change that our club needs. Go check it out because there are some quite interesting things going on.

Ok so a lot of people recieved awards for their work in the Restoration event earlier this month but I want to single out a few people in particular. First up is Mayda Ferium, as you all know from last month’s report Mayda is a recent addition to our clan and one that made an immediate impact. She participated in every event in the final round of our clan event and earned herself 2nd place in the overall points. Pretty stellar for someone to be able to jump in like that. Our other recent addition, Athrun Zala, also made a huge splash in our event completing all of the competitions in the final round and securing 3rd place overall and quite a hefty medal in the process, well done indeed.
