New Beginnings

A door opening could be heard as Christopher Winchester turned around from the holoterminal he was at to see two armed guards standing at the entrance to his rather spartan quarters. “Commander Winchester?” one of the two asked.

“How can I help you?” replied the man.

“You are to come with us. Leave your weapons here. Do not make a scene and just come peacefully.”

Both guards had their blasters pointed at him and Chris sighed. He pulled his knife out of its sheath and placed it on the table. Slowly, he then moved to grab his pistol and do the same. Holding his hands up, Chris walked towards the guards, and they moved out of the doorway to flank him.

News

Hello! In case you missed Edgar's Report I was recently made the battleteam leader. I would like to thank Tisto for his service again. Shortly after the announcement went out I sent an email to all the members of the Knights asking for your input on the specific type of competitions you'd like to see and what I can do to make you feel more involved with the fictional direction of the battleteam. If you haven't already responded, please do so soon so I can make your experience here the best that I can.

If you haven't already, go read the fiction update that the Voice put out recently. It was written by Turel, Atyiru, and Marick and heavily features our Clan and the Resistance, which has been dubbed the Lotus.

If you haven’t seen yet, Turel and Seraphol were made Councilors of Urr. Mar has more about this in his report.

The Regent put out a report with the announcement that possessions goes fully live on the 6th of December. With this all salaries and purchases will be reset so don't freak out if everything you bought has disappeared. Any custom aspects you made will still be there, though.

If we have any artistically inclined members in the team, shoot me a message about getting some report graphics!

Competitions

• Renewel of Light - Seraphol extended the competition series until the 28th of November. There are a whole bunch of easy competitions in it that will take you a couple minutes to do.
• Monkey Poo - Ranarr is running a quick flash game competition. You get to fling poop at people as a monkey, easy crescents to win here so go out and do it! It ends on the 28th of November. -'Guests' of the Matron - The Combat Master is running an ACC tournament-like event. You have to be ACC qualified and have a valid character sheet to participate. This is running until the 12th of November.
• [COU] Two Months of Jigsaw! - It's the final week for the clan-wide jigsaw puzzles. Really easy crescents to win, and really quick participation. The final competition ends on the 28th of November.
• Gorefest December 2016 - Gorefest for December takes place from the 9th-11th. You have to be a current member of the GMRG to participate, but you get double clusters for any gaming you do that is submitted to the competition. Everyone should get out and game!
• [Coop Fiction] The Last Voyage of the Charon Prompt - Last couples of days for the Coop Fiction. Get a partner and get some fiction out! It ends the 1st.
• Thanksgiving Brawl (PvP) - A quick PVP gaming based comp. Play a couple matches for participation, ends the 28th.
• Turkey Fling - Flash Game - Really easy flash game. It mixes the mechanics of the “get as far as you can while flying” type games and flappy bird. This ends the 28th.
