Inner Sanctum
The Pyramid
Yridia III
Solas Night-Thorn sat alone in the Inner Sanctum nursing a glass of an unknown alcohol. Two weeks ago he could have done this anywhere in the massive subterranean base. But the arrival of the support staff dispatched by Tarentum’s Consul, had left the Acolyte with very few places he could be truly alone. As he sat in the dark his comm unit beeped. Sighing he answered. “Yes?”
The familiar voice of his second-in-command answered him. “Solas, they’re here.”
“Alright Frosty, I’ll be up as soon as I collect Dox.” The Epicanthix stood and downed the rest of his drink before marching into the elevator. As he stepped off he was set upon by his two attendants. The first handed him his black robes, the second handed him a datapad detailing the most recent renovations made to the base. Signing off on the work, Solas handed the datapad back to the attendant, only for him to be handed another pad. This one showed the dossiers of the three new recruits who had just arrived. Handing the pad back as they entered the central courtyard, Solas dismissed the attendants and scanned the room. He shortly found the man he was looking for, the final member of the Syndicate’s inner circle; Dox Romanae Tarentae.
The Dashade was sitting atop a stone pillar meditating. His mental bubble was punctured by a sharp whistle. Opening his eyes with a scowl he looked for the person with the stones to interrupt his meditation. He met with the cold ice-blue eyes of the Syndicate’s leader and with a sigh, Dox leapt down from the pillar and quickly fell in step with the Epicanthix.
The pair wound their way through the lower levels of the Pyramid and finally they stepped off the last elevator and were greeted by the other Dashade.
“So Frosty, what’re your first impressions?” Solas asked as he pulled his robe on.
“They are a good crop, strong in the Force.” Solas uttered a tsk.
“I know that. If they weren’t strong in the Force Ronovi wouldn’t have called them here. What I want to know is if they have the potential to help our cause.” Frosty sighed.
“Only time will tell that Solas.” With a nod all three pulled their hoods over their heads and headed for the lobby. Inside they found a Falleen male conversing with two females, one a Twi’lek and the other a Togruta.
“Greetings, I am Solas Night-Thorn. Welcome to the Nekros Syndicate. And as of this moment, you three no longer exist.”
Dark Greetings to all, and welcome to the first report for the Nekros Syndicate.
First and foremost I need to give a big shoutout to Frosty, Farrin and everyone else who was involved in getting this dream of mine off the ground.
Now with that taken care of, let me introduce myself. For those who don't know me already, I am Sith Acolyte Solas Night-Thorn. I've been with the Brotherhood since 2013, and have been a part of Tarentum in one form or another the entire time. Well excluding the time I was away due to things IRL. (Curse you real life.) But enough about me, on to the important bits.
Our biggest news is that we're here. As I said at the top of this report, we wouldn't exist without the work of a bunch of really amazing people.
As of this report we are sitting at six total members. Three veterans and three rookies.
Welcome to each of you.
So far this month we've seen a couple promotions.
Frosty won
Dox won
Solas and TheGeosh each won
In addition to Forged Alliances there are three specifics starting on Friday. They are to help decide some important details for the team.
And just for good measure, here's a link to the current Competition List.
That's it for this report.
