Hey guys,

Long time no see, huh? Long story short, I've been a crappy BTL this past month. That's changing. RL threw a lot of crap my way all at once, and now it's settling down a fair bit, I can get my DB life back on track. So, what does this mean for you, my faithful herd? Not much. You've all been plugging away whilst I've been on LoA. I've seen gaming from Celahir and Maaks, I've kept in touch with Esca, who's been bummed by RL in a manner most becoming of our svelte XO, Donny has been kicking his usual ass, Nath may have a recruit for us, and Ninj still has his usual spot on IRC =P

Unfortunately, we've had to lose our helmsman. Kalon has left us to go play with the CNS'ers and has bagged himself an AED spot, so we wish him the best of luck. He'll always be welcome in #Nighthawk, as our inaugural (sp?) pilot. Unfortunately that leaves us without a helm officer. For the mean time, we'll be utilizing Karth in the role until we get a new member we can shanghai into flying the Hawk.

As for the RO, I'll work something out when I post on Sunday to explain his absence. For the mean time, when posting, just post as if he were still with us and NPC him. Speaking of the RO, what happened, guys? You were all into it, and then boom! no posts! Fix this! I know you guys are up to it, and I have some amazing ideas. I've looked over the RO from the crusade from Nighthawk, and I've worked out the key issue for us. We're not willing to move the plot along for fear of screwing up someone elses' idea of the direction. Don't be. The best way to overcome this is to communicate what you want to happen with one another, so you can achieve it as a collective, which is the whole point of ROs. I want this bad boy to prove that we can, as a team, not just get the hang of this, but master it.

So, let's wrap this up. The RO is still running and I want posts from you all ASAP. No joking around here. Secondly, can you all respond to this letting me know your status? I'm a little out of the loop and want to touch base with you all and make sure we're all on the same page.
