All You Wanted for Christmas is a PCON Report?

First, this being 25 December, I'd be remiss if I didn't wish you all a happy/merry holiday/joyous holiday of your choosing. Since many of these holidays involve giving, I thought I'd give you a report which I know is what many of you have always wanted. OK, probably not, but you're getting one just the same. This is also my last report of the year so I wanted to take a moment to reflect on some things.

This year started well for Plagueis. We had just won the Crusade, and a few months later we accomplished our grand goal of getting clanned. It was a great time to be a Plagueian and a member of the summit. As the year went on, things got a little rocky. On the one hand there were leadership changes and a less than stellar performance in Fading Light. On the other hand we had two very successful clan events. Through it all we persevered, we thrived, and we're still here and we're still strong. As a new year approaches, much work lies ahead but also many opportunities. A Great Jedi War approaches and we must be ready to prove ourselves once again.

If you haven't read Sarin's recent report I suggest you do so as it spells out the high level picture of the events and the fiction. So far, the story is shaping up to be really interesting and will likely have a major impact in the future of both the Brotherhood at large and Plagueis specifically. You will all have an important part to play and I'm counting on each and every one of you to be ready to give it your all on January 9.

Recent Personnel Changes

As you might have noticed, we've made a couple of changes among the summit. Since Karness Muur has been without an Aedile for awhile, Viv and I decided it was time to change that. Thus, we have moved Taranrae from Rollmaster (aka Overseer) to fill that role. I'm sure she'll excel as much in that position as she has as Rollmaster. We're not going to immediately look for applications to fill that position, but know we will be looking for those that excel in the coming months to possibly do so. In addition, we've named the newly knighted Misium (congratulations on that too!) as Battleteam Leader in Ajunta Pall. He's already gotten down to work and should prove to be a valuable addition to the team.

While I didn't include a report fiction this time around for reasons that will become clear later, that doesn't mean I can't include the thoughts of Kz'set. It just so happens that our musical interlude for the month does the job perfectly. We're about to face a major trial and I, we are going to need you all.
