I know many of you are currently participating in the ACC tournament, and busy writing away, so I’ll try to keep this brief.

Plagueis News

Let me start off by welcoming the newest members to join us here in Plagueis, Cade Krayvus who is a new member to the DB and Rowan Dragos who recently transferred into the clan! Please help me in welcoming both of them to our Plagueian family!

Some of you may have noticed that things have been a little quiet lately. And no, it isn’t because the heat is slowing us down (though, I mean, it is doing that). No, it’s because we’ve been cooking.

Well I can’t say much…yet, your amazing Quaestors have been hard at work putting together a little summer surprise for y’all. Full details should be released soon, but for now what I can say is get ready for an incredibly fun (maybe even silly) low pressure event starting in the coming weeks. I am very excited by what I’ve been seeing so far and I can’t wait for you to see it.

On a quick note, it has been amazing to see so many new, veteran and returning members getting more active lately in different activities in the brotherhood. We’ve been seeing more members gaming, writing and arting lately and it truly warms my heart. With the launch of Star Wars Hunters in particular, I definitely noticed an uptick in the number of members teaming up and getting them clusters, and every time I see Plagueis eager to jump on when someone is looking for teammates even for a few quick matches makes me smile. Plus, the additional XP and clusters don’t hurt.

Final Thoughts

Summer is always a strange time of year for the Brotherhood, people are busy with summer plans, getting outside to enjoy the weather or staying inside to beat the heat (this is my personal preference). But it’s also a great time of year to try new things and get active in different ways throughout the club, with a lot of members more available during the summer we are seeing a wide variety of comps being run. So I want to challenge you to try submitting to a comp type you wouldn’t normally try. Who knows, you might find your new thing. But remember, everybody is good at something, nobody is good at everything.
