Greetings, Plagueian, and welcome to your Wrath's 14th report! This will be a lean and mean report, though always full of nutritional value. Let's jump in!
The majority of the VoM competition wrapped up last Monday, and I will say, I am impressed by the massive increase in participation from Plagueis. While Operation: Antiquity saw 96 unique submissions from Plagueis, VoM saw over 150 unique submissions. That is a huge difference that I hope to see replicated and even improved in the next few competitions.
There is still time, however, to participate in the VoM run-on! This is where your characters are "enjoying" their stay on Mustafar and partaking in some dark side shenanigans. Click right here to get two posts in to qualify for placement! The deadline is Monday, June 10th.
The summits and I do have plans to return to the competitive style of events as honed by Teylas and Slags back when they were the clan summit. Yes, this means house vs. house, team vs. team a la Pro Bowl, odd vs. even dossier numbers, etc. Possibilities are endless as we navigate our needs as a unit and engaging storyline-based competitions. Given how much the Collective has tried to mess with us, the Dread Lord and I have decided, ultimately...it's time to finally fight back.
Stay tuned.
Yes, my friends, we have a new clan in our midst, Clan Vizsla - a Mandalorian-influenced clan full of bounty hunters and mercs of all alignments and allegiances. It fills an exciting niche in the Star Wars universe, especially since the "Mandalorian" series will be out soon.
While it is always to see new units as a threat to our own - will it siphon off members? Will it knock us down competition-wise? - I ask that we approach this from a healthier perspective. Having a new clan like Vizsla offers more complexity to the Brotherhood, and as a result, we have a new unit to collaborate with if we want to, say, host a feud or do something cool lore-wise.
I have already reached out to Sarin aka Pravus aka Declan aka whatever the heck his character's name is now, as he's leading Vizsla, to see if he'd like to work with Plagueis in the future. He is absolutely onboard, so that is certainly cause for excitement and celebration. Again, stay tuned.
You have one more day to apply for the ultimate gaming position that Dracaryis left behind! Drac apparently had some very big feet, since there are big shoes to fill...oh, it's a metaphor? Fine, whatever.
Click here to see the application guidelines, and hurry it up if you wanna be a rad gaming DCer!
It's time for the monthly round of accomplishments that Plagueis has achieved! Special shout-out to one of our newest members, Delt Maro, for doing a slew of stuff in the DB this past month. Now just hop on Telegram so we can chat. ;)
Folks, while I can't provide details, there is a lot on the horizon for the Brotherhood. It's time for Plagueis to hunker down, show up, and tear some stuff up. We're going to be pumping y'all up for some cool stuff this summer, both Plagueis-oriented and DB-wide. So for the third time, since I'm predictable: Stay tuned. Be patient, anti-padawans. Some awesomeness is on the way.
'Til next time, friends!
