Sapphire Squadron

In case you missed the news, we shut down Sapphire Squadron last week due to overall inactivity of the team. Members who want to be in a Battle Team should contact any House Summit member or request a transfer to Devils Shroud through your administration page!

New House Stuffz!

In my Quaestor report before the summer break, we asked for members to come up with names and floor plans for two new facilities that were being introduced to our House lore and Shar Dakhan members.

Aul Celsus won the naming and floor plan competitions for the research facility. It can now be found under The Empiricalum on the wiki. I highly suggest you check out this page asap!

For the military facility we had Kaayn Salis picked out as the winner with “Fort Sadow”. This is still an in progress page and has not been uploaded yet to the wiki.

Sadly, we had no takers for the floor plan competitions for Fort Sadow and The Lion’s Tooth. The current Summit will eventually add these to the wiki pages in order to help members envision these places.

TIP: If you want some bonus points, ask anyone on the House Summit if you can create or help with these floorplans!

A new city!

Some of you might not have noticed, but Qyreia completed the long awaited project that would house the new headquarters of Devil’s Shroud. This project is the collected efforts of Marcus Kiriyu, Marcinius Turelles and Qyrei Arronen. This project started waaaaaay back in 2015 when Marcus and Daedric ran the team. However they never got around to finishing it, and it collected dust as it lay forgotten and unwanted.

Having tasked Qyreia with picking up the project again when he became the BTL, Q has spent the last few months breathing life into this and was able to finish the long awaited HQ for the team just after Aul was accepted as it’s new BTL. On behalf of Qyreia and the rest who started the project I proudly present to you Myrmidon, the new Devil’s Shroud headquarters and third (official) city on Aeotheran! Please take the time to thank Qyreia for his efforts and read his recommendation for his well deserved Steel Cross!

Feud Results!

Finally, the moment you have been waiting for! As we well know, we did lose the Feud against CSP. However, Aul managed to pick up a Gold Nova whilst Muz snagged a Silver Nova. Even having lost the Feud, it does make the defeat less heavy when two CNS members pick up first and second place overall.

I want to thank everyone for participating in the Feud and giving it your best shot. I know it came at a very bad time for many of us, but this also means CSP had to deal with the same issues. I can’t help but feel slightly disappointed with some of the activity some members showed, but to the rest who gave it their best I am very grateful for your efforts!

Nobody likes losing, so I hope next time we have a rivalry event like this against another Clan we give it our absolute best. Not for ourselves but for the other Clan members who do give their best and expect the same from every single member. These events don't happen often and it’s good practice for Great Jedi Wars.

With that being said, below you can find the results for House Shar Dakhan during the CNS/CSP Feud: Shattered Ties!

How did you fare against Marka Ragnos? Well, I’ll let Tasha do the stats for her House. Whilst we did better in the total entries, unique participants and participation rate, we did very poor in the total amount of entries per person and total points per person. Compared to their average of 10 entries per participant we barely had an average of 6 per participant. This is at least a total of 20 (5 per entered comp) participation points per member that was lost who did not participate in more events. I won’t go into further details as to what this means as it’s pretty obvious we could have won this Feud if HSD had stepped up their game in participation alone.

However! For many this was their first major event and I am extremely proud of their efforts! I hope you continue to impress and improve, so we can kick major rear end in the GJW. Trust me, coming in last in a GJW is not something we want to carry around until the next GJW!

• Aul Celsus: 17/17 completion and 85 participation points + 2x 2nd place, 3x 3rd place, 2x 4th place, 1x 5th place, 2x 6th place 1x 7th place and 2x 8th place = 1st place with 248.46 total points Gold Nova

• Zachary O’Maille: 17/17 completion and 85 participation points + 1x 1st place, 1x 4th place, 3x 6th place, 1x 8th place and 3x 9th place = 5th place with 177.67 total points

• Darkblade: 16/17 completion and 80 participation points + 3x 2nd place, 1x 3rd place, 1x 6th place and 1x 9th place = 6th place with 169.41 total points

• Qyreia Arronen: 12/17 completion and 60 participation points + 1x 1st place, 1x 2nd place, 1x 4th place, 1x 7th place and 2x 10th place = 8th place with 136.47 total points

• Lilith Alema'rha Versea-Stormwind: 9/17 completion and 45 participation points + 1x 3rd place and 1x 6th place = 11th place with 74.37 total points

• Firith'rar J. Versea-Stormwind: 8/17 completion and 40 participation points + 2x 6th place and 1x 9th place = 12th place with 67.81 total points

• Aexod Burgoo: 5/17 participation and 25 participation points + 2x 6th place, 1x 7th place and 2x 10th place = 13th place with 67.08 total points

• Scarlet Agna: 4/17 participation and 20 participation points + 2x 3rd place and 1x 8th place = 14th place with 62.52 total points

• Malik Sadow: 4/17 participation and 20 participation points + 1x 2nd place and 1x 8th place = 18th place with 39.02 total points

• Mactire: 7/17 participation and 35 participation points = 19th place with 35 total points

• Putra: 1/17 participation and 5 participation points + 1x 6th place finish = 20th place with 15.90 total points

• Marcus Kiriyu: 1/17 participation and 5 participation points + 1x 9th place finish = 21st place with 12.69 total points

• Jades A Sadow, Leeadra Halcyon and Sin rounded off the list with 1/17 participation and 5 participation points for a total of 5 points per member.

These results are based on Clan Naga Sadow participation and points and only represent Clan Naga Sadow placements.

Very huge congratulations to Aul Celsus for representing CNS to its fullest! Also please take the time to give Zachary a pat on the back, for he was one of the only five CNS members to complete all seventeen events!

Finally, I would like to congratulate Aul Celsus, Lilith Alema'rha Versea-Stormwind and Firith'rar J. Versea-Stormwind on their promotion to Equite 1 and Qyreia Arronen, Malik Sadow, Scarlet Agna, Aexod Burgoo and Mactire on their Merit rewards!

New Event

Zachary and I will be coming together soon to start preparing for a low activity two week event. We will be looking to start the event before the end of the month or the beginning of September!

This time we will be focusing on Kel Rasha, Aeotheran’s second largest city. A few months ago I asked if anyone was interested in creating a wiki page for the Mayor of Kel Rasha, which didn't exist at that time. The task had been given to someone, but sadly it was never completed.

Because of this we have come up with a “mysterious” person that has arrived in Kel Rasha and has started to gather support for his claim to Mayor versus the other candidate (which will have wiki page before the start of the event). It will be up to you, the members, to cast your votes and support the Mayor you believe will be best for the city.

We will keep you updated on the status of the event and make sure you are aware of it’s official starting date well beforehand!
