Regent Supplemental #5.1: Co-organizer Credit Change
Hello all,
Upon reviewing credit earnings during recent manual adjustments, it was determined that the value awarded for co-organizing competitions no longer coincided with the effort placed upon a co-organizer. In the past, this option had been used to oversee a new member's competition. With the onset of the Supervisor role (with which you email MAA staff to assign a supervisor to your competition), it is now the expectation that all organizers, be they primary or co-org, are doing equal work in grading.
As such, the credits awarded to co-organizers of competitions is raised from 150 credits to 225 credits. This change is effective immediately and will not be awarded retroactively as we have no way of determining work effort in the past for co-organizers.
