Congrats to everyone on another great War! Thank you to The Council for hooking us up with another kick ass War! It takes a lot of time to set these up and then spend even more time needed for grading. It is much appreciated! Thank you!!!! I also want to take a second and thank my fellow Consuls for all the laughs and support. It is reassuring to know that the other Clans have such solid leadership! Many Thanks!

We had a total of nine bins and 28 comps in total. Twenty one Sadowans were involved in the War efforts. Not a bad % rate when you do the math. Our percentage rate for Phase I was 75% and for Phase II we carried a 79% rate. Those were the highest percentage rates for the War! Awesome work!
First and foremost I want to thank everyone for your efforts. More importantly, let it be known how extremely proud of all of us I am. I know we did not end up placing where we are most certainly capable of placing. It was not in the cards for us this go around and that is ok. Vendettas & Wars do not always fit into everyone's schedule every time they come about. Not an excuse, just a factor in the equation. We took a solid roundhouse to the face and now we have to shake it off and figure out a different angle of attack. The effort was definitely there, each and everyone of us made the grind through the end of the War. Thank you Sadowans!

What is next for CNS?
So this brings me to a point of the report I do not like. We all joined the Club for whatever reasons and flourished through on our own accord. During that time we are challenged with balancing R/L, work, family and Club. Well there comes a time in everyone’s DB career that we have to say, “I need to prioritize some things…”
Unfortunately we have a couple of folks who are pillars of our community. These two folks have been here for A LOOOONG TIME and have done more for us that I can possibly quantify or extrapolate on. That list of accolades is lengthy! These two folks are mentors and more importantly friends. So please stand with me and wish both Bentre & Tasha a congratulations and most of all a thank you! They have given us their time, dedication and most of all their heart and soul. I have learned so much from the both of you I don’t know where to start without getting choked up. Bentre brought me up as Quaestor and as PCon. Tasha took up the mantle of PCon and has been keeping me reigned in ever since! You two are simply the best and I cannot thank you enough and neither can this Clan!

“Heya all Tasha'Vel Versea here with a bit of sad news. Due to a myriad of RL things and my health, it pains me to say that I need to take some time off to prioritize my health and get back on track. So with a heavy heart, I will be stepping down as ProConsul of Naga Sadow. You all have been awesome and I have enjoyed helping to work with our clan to make it fun for everyone. I should still be hanging about, but I wanted to take the time to thank Darkhawk, Bubba, Howie, Idris, Turel, Evant, Atra, and Archenskova for the opportunity to help serve my Clan and the community as well as all of the Clans trying to work together. It has been awesome. So for now I take my leave, thank you for being supportive. To my Sadowans, Tasha'Vel has a place in her heart for each and every one of you. Rock on Sadow, make me proud.”

”It has been a really wild ride over the last eight years. Well, it has been drawing closer to nine years. Each one of them has been a blast. Back in 2015, I joined the Brotherhood and Clan Naga Sadow. It has been an absolute blast. In July of 2015 I became a Battleteam Leader. January of 2016, I became an Aedile. Time saw me serving the Clan as a Rollmaster, a Proconsul, and eventually I was honored to serve as Consul of so fine a Clan of people as yourselves.”
”It has been a blast. Unfortunately, some elements in my personal life have been catching up with me. Health concerns, personal concerns, and my professional life do not afford me the breadth of free time that I once possessed. As a result, I will be stepping down from Quaestor of House Shar Dakhan.’
”While I am stepping down, I am not stepping completely away. I will still be in your corner, Naga Sadow. I am still excited to see everything that you all will continue to accomplish. I do not feel I am able to give the Clan the time and focus that I wish I could, but I will still be here, cheering you all on. I will support you all as a comrade in arms. And who knows, perhaps in time I will find some small way of my own to serve you all again, even if not in my previous office. Thanks for the opportunity to serve you all over the years. So where does that leave us? Well I can give you a bit of a hint some things will be changing. Those changes will take place sooner than later. I have spoken with our then DGM, (now GM along with our own resident Grand Master) in regards to my train of thought. Plus their counsel was indeed needed. I feel like we have a few solid plans of attack that just need to finish fleshing them out. That cannot happen without Summit input & support.
The first thing that needs to be taken care of is finding a Proconsul. That slot is now open and we are accepting applications. Here is what we are looking for....

The Clan is looking for someone ready and willing to take up the mantle of ProConsul. For those that want to take up this challenge of leading and pursue the goal of making the Clan and Orian system a better place, this is your chance to lead from the front. A good portion of the job will be the two of us working together and reeling in all my craziness! The Clan would like to hear your thoughts on how to do that with the following criteria:
What is your background/leadership experience
What fictional plans do you have in mind
Are there any initiatives that you have in mind that you would like to implement?
What is your leadership style
Communication between Con/Procon how do you suggest we maintain that important aspect?
What are your strengths and weaknesses and what have you learned from them?
Why are you the right person for the job?

Right off the bat I feel one qualification is previous Summit time. Because of the position that needs to be looked at closely along with the what’s, how’s and when’s of an applicant's plan of attack to said seat. For right now, tell me your story and what you want to do as a PCon.
With Bentre stepping away, Priest Quentinshadows will be stepping up to the plate and helming House Shar Dakhan. Please congratulate Quentin on his selection to Quaestor. His outlook, attitude and willingness will be a great asset in furthering the adventures of HSD. Again well deserved Quentin!

Final Thoughts
My thoughts are this, I could not be more proud of all of us! That was a fun war, but a tough war. However, you all stepped up and it's in the books. WHEW! Now, I can not deny a little bit of work is in store for us. Not even sure we call it ”work”, rather than just allowing ourselves the time towards something we all love & enjoy. STAR WARS! That is where the fun is at, always embrace the fun of it all. I enjoy winning as much as the next, in order to do that we need to hone our skills. I along with Summit, intend to focus on that and see how we as a Clan can sharpen our skills. To do that I need your HELP!!! I will leave this one challenge: Reach out to your Summits, tell us where you see yourselves, let’s hear those thoughts and opinions! Where do your interests lie…?

It's okaying to be really weird without Tasha and Bentre on Summit. You all were pillars of CNS leadership for so long and we will miss you there, but you definitely deserve a break!
