Well, kids, the War is over! Did we win? Nope. But we got a strong second place and pulled a solid point total of just under 3,900 points; third place was under 2,300. So I'm bloody proud of all of you.

We also as a Clan earned a fresh 64,500,000 credits for more SHIPS! And stuff! This was made possible by YOU all!

But this isn't really why I'm here, all this stuff will be in our glorious Shadow Lady's report later, with numbers and pictures and graphs and stuff. Because she's waaaaay better at this report stuff than me. :P

I'm here to promote, update, and inform you all about the Selen Development Project! We're entering Phase 3, with Phase 1 and 2, that which has been completed thus far, is now on the wiki! Big shout out to Grot for formatting and uploading this stuff!

The first month of the project we focused on the nightlife of Estle City, the second we swerved off to the consumerisms of clothing. The third we had a War, so it doesn't count. So this is the 'real' third month of the project!

This month's focus, for the locale competition, is military installations and bases! We've got a substantial military, a good bit of which is stationed on Selen but currently, they're a bit homeless. Our soldiers, veterans of the War and countless other conflicts (Sins, Fall of Scepter, Aftermath, I could go on) have nowhere to stay at night. To train. To get up and have breakfast. This won't do!

So we're asking you, the members of Arcona, to find (create) these hard fighting men, women, and other creatures somewhere to call home. Details for the locale comp are here.

On a follow up to Phase 2, much like we did for Phase 1, we're looking to populate the locales! Details for that can be found here. As well as storefronts and signs for these places, here.

And then finally, we got one more round of competitions for Phase 1! Yes, that's right, this brings us up to a total of 5 competitions per phase! In this case, we're looking for artistic renditions of the NPCs from Phase 1; details are here of course.

Then the meat, the reason Atty and I decided to start doing these, the final comp for Phase 1! The purpose of this Project is to populate our homeworld, to give it some life, to flesh it out. To make it somewhere you want to write in when things like Sins or another Clan event comes along. So, with great joy, we present the first Development Project fiction comp!

The Tales From The Sinchi Ring is all about short stories centered on locales from Phase 1, the bars and nightlife! These stories will be summarized for the wiki, and be turned into 'notable events' for those locations, further enriching them. I'm so proud of everyone who's participated so far, all of this stuff is user-generated and it's fantastic.

So, do the fiction here and keep being awesome!
