We are in it now kids, the holiday season is quickly approaching! It’s a time to reunite with friends and family who you’ve spent the entire year trying to avoid, stress about what to get that special someone and of course pulling all that cold weather gear out from under your bunk because…

WINTER IS COMING!

This time of the year doesn’t have to be all that bad though. I have a fun little way for one lucky winner to earn some extra credits… become the Battleteam Leader of Tython Squadron! Woo Hoo!

This is a fun position for those who want to break into a leadership role or for those old folks looking to shake off the dust and get back into it. Many of the leaders you see today had, at one point, started out as BTLs. We just have a few expectations:

• Assist the House Summit in daily operations

• Motivate members of your team

• Create a compelling story and execute competitions that propel your story line

• Telegram and Email presence is a must and the ability to respond within 24 hours (Discord optional though it helps)

• No prior leadership experience is necessary

Above all else, we need someone who is willing to drive activity. Though it’s an entry level position, it’s one of the most crucial yet enjoyable positions in the Summit. We are nothing without an active membership. So, if you think you have what it takes to lead please send your application to Tisto and myself. Please include:

• Your name and pin

• Timezone (for meeting purposes)

• Any real life or fictional leadership experience you may have

• Any strengths you may have that would be beneficial to the position

• Ideas you may have for the Battleteam
