Hello everyone! I apologize for being late with this report but with the expansion events ending I felt it was better to avoid the onslaught of reports right after. Thinking back maybe I should have done an April Fools reports but oh well. Anyways. Happy April and I Hope everyone had a great Easter. I would also like to congratulate the RO team that participated in the Expansion RO comp and RECEIVED FIRST PLACE. I highly suggest participating in these as they are great practice and great fun. It's also a great way to see others write their character and see how they perceive their character acting and talking which can be useful in your own fictions.
I would also like to provide a personal update. I apologize if I haven’t been too active recently. I’ve started a new fitness regimen that requires me to go to sleep a little earlier than usual taking away some time I use for studies and DJB stuff. I return back to Texas on May 7th (Sister’s birthday, AKA Sabrina Kram if you remember her) so I will have time to have more focus on DJB activities without work and school interfering.
Recently my Battalion was put on Ready Force X (RFX) status. Its purpose for the Army is to have a Reserve force essentially on standby without having the personnel called up. Units in RFX status have the capability to deploy in weeks or even days instead of months. We are in the early stages meaning the sub-units are all getting things squared away so items are being issued and training courses are being prioritized. As part of this, I have been “involuntarily reclassed” to a 12C (Bridge Crewmember) to meet the personnel requirements of RFX. Basically, they don’t have enough 12C so they are forcing me and a couple of others to switch.
So in June for about 3 weeks, I will be at some fort, Training to be a 12C. I am not aware of the rules of this training. I doubt it but, It is possible I won’t have a lot of contact with others. To be prepared, I’ve informed Kylex that he will be acting BTL from June 7th to July 1st.
Well, Expansion series has ended and the story continues. We have expanded our control from Caelestis City to the Nethal Archipelago. However, Elaya is starting to get a little frisky and has been poaching some territory. It will be great fun to work out TAs role in all of this.
REMEMBER: IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTION AT ALL, FEEL FREE TO SHARE. I will never poach credit and will always listen. :D

I’m also working on some TA specific comps. Date and content will be announced at a later date but the primary focus will be to advance TA lore. Again, if you have suggestions, just let me know.
Since I was unable to add an awards section to my last report, I went ahead and tallied the awards from the last time it was done which was early January. These are only up to earlier this month. I will include April awards in next months report. Congrats to everyone. Remember, participation is the best way to get awards and promotions. If you don’t have time for the fictions IT’S ALRIGHT. Just find a few minutes of your time to toss a submission into a couple of easy comps. There are always a few that take less than 5 minutes. Maybe even get a degree or two.

As members of Excidium, It’s important to try to participate in house related competitions. The competitions are designed to allow members to propel the storyline forward. Do your best and have fun with it. :)
Make This Your City! - A graphics competition that will allow you to make a permanent mark on our home system by designing the layout of Ulr Uvi. Major locations or whatever you wish. It's all how you perceive it in your mind.
You’re the Only One for the Job - A very short fiction competition (500 words) in which you describe your mission to take out one of the crime lords depending on which BT you’re in.
Cracking Safes - a simple yet still fairly challenging puzzle competition. It is timed but shouldn’t take too long to complete and submit.
Get to Know the Logistic of the Situation - A simple trivia competition. Another one that shouldn’t take too long.
Here’s the Map, You Mark the Spot - This is a really cool small-scale battleplan. You're only taking a building but this building contains Hekkha Dupront, The final crime lord in the city (the other two presumably killed in ‘You’re the Only One for the Job'.
These next two are gaming competition. The submissions so far are minimal so get your submissions in and nab first place:
House Imperium is also running a series of competitions. You are technically allowed to participate in those comps but cannot be placed so make sure the person running those comps are aware. I also learned today that the clan gets its money from its members submitting to competitions. So keep submitting those comps so we can get the cool toys.
Summer is getting closer and there’s going to be some cool story related events going on. These competitions will be vital in cementing TA’s role in Caperion. A team of not only assassins and spies but agents that have the skills and know how to topple civilizations from within. If any of you have any ideas about how to improve TA, or about our role in the clan and where you think our story should go just let me know, you know where to find me.
Like I said in my last report, my goal is to be the most active battle team by October, This is not easy but with our combined efforts, I'm sure we can do some amazing things
Lastly, I would like to welcome Kadrol to TA. He has already shown a remarkable desire to grow and participate and I hope to see him in our fictions in the future.
