Greetings and Happy New Year to you all! I hope the start to 2022/40 ABY has been good for you all.

There's a lot to cover in this report (isn't there always? :P) So, let's get right into it, shall we?

Orth Prison Break Competitions

The Orth Prison Break Competitions have been graded! We had 9 participants throughout this mini-event, so thank you to everyone who took part!

However, there can only be one winner. So, congratulations to Tracinya Beviin Entar for coming first overall!

Please also join me in congratulating Taldryan's newest member, Liandry Cataa, for coming second, and Raistline Taldrya Majere for coming third!

The Clan Storyline continues to evolve through these competitions and the RP. Tensions with the Caelus System are at an all time high. Will this escalate into full blown war? We will have to wait and see. ;)

Double the Houses, Double the fun!

For the first time in a few years, Taldryan has two Houses! House Ektrosis, which fictionally remains to be the centre spotlight of Clan Taldryan, a symbol of its very best members. As well as the newly formed House Thanatos, which conducts black-ops style operations for the Clan out of view of the public eye.

An Even More Pint-Sized Proconsul!

Following the announcement that was made on Discord, Justinios has resigned as Taldryan Proconsul. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Justinios for all the work he put in as my Proconsul. He has a level of experience and knowledge of the club that I found invaluable in my first few months as Consul. He helped me with the awards review in November, the creation of House Thanatos, and suggested great ideas for the upcoming Taldryan artifacts.

So, from the bottom of my heart, and because I know you are probably reading this, thank you, Justinios. I thoroughly appreciate all your hard work.

Now, obviously, that left the Proconsul position open. After careful consideration, and after speaking with Evant and Bubba and getting their approval, I have selected Teebu to be my next Proconsul!

You all know him by now, he's the former Quaestor of House Ektrosis. He co-organised the Port Kasiya Invasion event, ran RP's in the Clan consistently, and is a hard working individual in his own right. Please join me in congratulating Teebu on his new position, and I look forward to working with him more than I already do! 😆

Ektrosis Quaestor Applications!

Teebu's ascension to Proconsul has left a gap in the Summit that you could fill! Are you hard working? Are you looking for an excellent opportunity leading the only House in the Brotherhood that has ever won a Vendetta?

If so, then we are looking for YOU. We are accepting applications for Ektrosis Quaestor from now until the 28th of January! If you wish to apply, you can do so via this handy dandy Google Form! After which myself and Teebu will go through the applications and pick the best application for the new Quaestor!

Fresh And Returning Faces In Old Places

We've had a couple of people return to the Clan or join altogether!

Possessions Restructure

It has been recently pointed out to myself and Teebu that there are some major problems with our Taldryan possessions. Stuff such as having Legions with no Regiments, or Battalions without Line Companies, which is like having a team of managers with no team to lead. I.e. completely useless and a complete waste of credits.

Teebu has been an absolute powerhouse and has rebalanced our army. Go take a look at our possessions page to see more.

I'd like to offer a huge thank you to Zentru’la for bringing this to our attention and helping us work through it. We really appreciated it!

A Vendetta On The Horizon

The next Vendetta is on the horizon! The evil overlords are intending to run the event sometime in the summer. I will let you all know more details as I discover them.

Taldryan Artifacts

As you may know, every Clan has had the chance to create a set of three Artifacts as possessions.

Ours are 95% complete, and once I have the remaining artwork, I will share them in the Clan chat with you all and explain how YOU can potentially earn them. Stay tuned for more.

A whole Conclave. They'd all fight for the honour because this is the way.

Oh god... I actually really like SW books. I always have since I read the novelisation of Revenge of the Sith. Hated word though, that's easy. Poodoo. I just... I hate that word so much. I was going to use it in a fiction recently and just could not bring myself to do it.

• Shanree/GhostVodo asks: What is the airspeed velocity of a coconut-laden swallow?

Depends on the size of the coconut in question.

• Korvis asks: What is your favorite thing about being Consul?

Honestly? Doing things for members. I know that sounds like a bit of a cop-out answer, but it's the truth. I love it when I, as a leader, can award others, promote them, create events that they (hopefully) find fun. It's easily the best part of the job.

• Zentru’la asks: Who would win in a fight between you and Teebu?

Me, obviously! Brushes recent RP under the carpet.

• Zentru’la also asks: How much rock could an ewok rock if an ewok could rock rocks?

1. Ewoks are terrific rockers. Remember Return of the Jedi?

A kingdom without a sword - Being run by Tracinya and Raistline exclusively for House Thanatos members, you have a chance to design the House motto! Ends 3rd of February.

Crystalline Monsters - An art comp run by me DJB Wide! Create a piece of art as if your charawas turned into one of the enemies we fought in the RoS!
