Fading Light Round Two: In the Bag

As of writing this report, the second round of Fading Light has come to a close. There are still a large number of matches that are awaiting judgement, but I know that both Pravus and Mav are working their rather large butts off to get them completed. No idea when the next round is, but I for one am more than happy to have the judges take their time and give us a little bit of a breather.

Taldryan members acquitted themselves quite proudly this round, and have done so in the whole tournament thus far. While this count is still quite unofficial, by my estimate the members of we've had complete their posts so far, Taldryan stands to have the most active participants of any Clan or House in the whole DB at the end of this round. Congratulations on that guys, you really knocked it out of the park.

We've already had some members of Tal advance to the next round, so hopefully we can keep up the great momentum we've had thus far. Really well done everyone, Taldryan and the DB runs off your participation, and you've every right to be proud of your efforts!

New Forums have arrived

Well, in case you've missed it, the new forums have arrived. The Seneschal and Forum Tribune have worked really hard on bringing this new design to life, and I hope it will inspire the DB to embrace the forums in a much fuller way this time around.

Already the option to have news page comments link up to the Forums to create lasting discussion options that won't get buried by reports and strange tidbits about Assassin's Creed games. You can find the overall forums here, as well as jump straight into Taldryan's Forums here.

If you're having a hard time getting used to the new design of it, I strongly suggest navigating by the categories page, it'll be slightly more familiar to you as you get used to the new order.

Positions Open around the DB

Just letting you all know of a few positions that are currently open around the DB, that you might consider applying for, should you wish to open yourselves to the horrors of DB Leadership.

Xen'Mordin from House Scholae Palatinae is currently seeking a new lackey/Aedile to do his ungodly bidding.

Solari is also looking for any of you social media gurus out there to step up and join his team.

Unrest on Karufr

There has been spreading rumours of unrest sparking up on Taldryan's Home Planet of Karufr. There have been no confirmed reports of any outbreaks in violence or active protests, but a smattering of anti-Taldryan literature and graffiti has been reported by agents of Taldryan's Counter Intelligence Service.

The source of this unrest is as of yet unknown, but agents from TalSEC and the Wardens have been dispatched to start ferreting out the cause of these disturbances. More information will be released as it becomes available.
