Conclusion Fiction: War's End: A Time of Mourning and Celebration
In recent days, we saw the conclusion of our first Great Mock War. Participation overall was fairly decent, with a strong showing from both of our teams. I want to thank everyone that took part, as well as Vodo and Zentru'la for leading the Blue Wampas and the Red Charhounds respectively. I know it was a busy few weeks; with some feeling it was overkill, but the overall purpose was to allow for a wide-spectrum of competitions and events that could be showing up. Full-event participation was not expected.
At the end of the day however, despite how well both teams did, one must stand above the other.
And on that note I would like to extend a warm congratulations to...
...the Red Charhounds!
As stated, the reward will be a full redesign/rebuild of our third artifact with approval already given to do so. What is designed, whom it will be given to and the award parameters in the future, will be decided by the team.
Once a concept is drawn up, it will go through a two-stage approvals process. First, through me, followed by a review by the Regent. To be adopted into our official artifact roster, it must pass both approval stages; or be returned to the drawing board. I am curious to see what you all are capable of coming up with!
In terms of participation, there are three individuals that stood out among the rest in terms of activity and I wanted to give a brief congratulations to those three. They are: Zentru'la, Nobilus, and Anders! Excellent work you three!
I also want to recognize the members as a whole of both teams, who put forth great work and a strong effort, as we are immensely proud of all of you.
Following the narrative of week 2, our next mini-storyline will revolve around the sister city of Port Kasiya in the east, Caleria, and the mystery around the intentionally unmodified weapons crate that made their way to the Field of the Fallen. Why has the external network connection been cut off even to Vodo, and what is happening in the sister city of Port Kasiya?
Koda will also be hosting his first session alongside mine, a special adventure centered in the Phendrana Drifts. With the ice progression having ceased and entrance to the crystal valley now possible, what mysteries lie within? And whatever happened to the pirate frigate that crash-landed there after the battle over Chyron? Could there be any survivors in this frozen wasteland?
The next major event coming up starting with a prologue week on July 3rd, then running across three individual weeks until July 30th is the Pro Bowl! Our yearly team-based event returns with a vengeance, this time with a newcomer to the team lineup of the Frog-dogs and the Rotworms: the Loth Cats! Check out Slagar's report here for more information!
With the conclusion of the mock war, we will be doing our next awards for everyone; so stay tuned in the coming days as requests are submitted and processed. Once we have this done, we will release a supplemental report recognizing everyone's amazing work these last four months.
That's all I have this time, see you all soon in the next Taldryan supplemental! And once again, congratulations and thank you to both the Red Charhounds and the Blue Wampas!

Supreme Chancellor Cassandra Oriana Tyris
