Etah engrossed himself in the feeling of gratitude that washed over him. His brethren, his Aedile, and Battle teams, just enriched House Shar Darkhan tenfold. Etah floated the enormous chunk of translucent mineral in front of him. The hangar lights bounced off the crystal reflecting a kaleidoscopic of color off his face. The Quaestor was pleased.
By this time the House had gathered to see what the last mission to the planet had brought to them. In parishioner fashion, the members of House Shar Dakhan mimicked their Aedile and took a knee praising the spoils their Quaestor displayed in front of them.

“Our mission to Ambria was more than a success, it puts us, Clan and House into a position to finally give the Collective the killing blow. All of you have performed beyond what my words can facilitate. All of you, all of us shall reap the rewards of this endeavor.” Etah said enthusiastically.

“There is no need for formalities here, this is a time for celebration!” exclaimed Etah. “Rise, let us do just that, drinks for the House!”

Calenhad, one of the current Black Guards, approached his Quaestor, the Battlelord set the Luxum crystal gently in Cal’s hands. Cal moved the prize back to one of the small shipping containers.

Erik Cato, Malik, Marcus, Vosiri and Jinius were all accepting personal accolades from the Quaestor Bloodfyre. Cal approached his Master, “You look like hell Sir!” he said sarcastically.

“I have been worse” replied DarkHawk.

A hand slapped the Battlemaster on the shoulder, Etah smiling from ear to ear could not be prouder of his House.
“DH, you and the rest of the team have earned some well overdue R&R, get some rest, I will take our spoils to Benny and Miss Ash. They will put all of this to good use, garnering us the upper hand.”

The Quaestor made his way to his shuttle, a newly assigned flight crew had already made their pre-flight inspection and were waiting to launch. DarkHawk followed his Quaestor as he made his way to the ramp.

“Sir, before you leave..”

Etah cut off his Aedile before he finished. “DH, get some rest, your efforts go unnoticed.” he said.

Takagari simply nodded and watched the Leader of the House embark the shuttle and take off down the tarmac. The rest of the House had dispersed to their quarters or the cantina. Free drinks on the boss usually means the cantina will be busy tonight. Maintenance personnel diligently worked their assigned areas in the hangar. The Aedile made his way past the busy maintenance workers and entered the turbo lift. He wondered what the Summit would think of the Luxum crystal Etah was about to present to them.

All members of the House have been pushed to the limits over the last few weeks of operations. They all have been through hell and back. But each has taken spoils from the recent missions on Ambria. It's time the House rejuvenates and allow wounds to heal and scars to harden. Soon they will be called on once again, to put their lives at stake for the glory of Naga Sadow.

My Brethren

HSD Discovery is complete and what a blast it was! I want to thank Erik and Xuner for putting it together. What a great story line. Xuner we look forward to your return from Army BMT and hope that you are safe adjusting to your new military life! So without further delay please congradulate the winners for the event:

I hope that our future events are that much fun. This time I will make sure I properly advertise it on a much grander scale.

So, one of the things I want to do is get inputs from you, our members to add to these reports each month, just quick exerts of how your month went. Nothing to elaborate, just want to start highlighting you guys each month. Plus I could use the practice to spruce these reports up!

The other thing I wanna do is start utilizing our [HSD] mailing list more, something I have really fallen behind on. I know T/G does not reach everyone, and I would like to make sure you guys are in the loop when things come down the pipeline. Course some of you know before me! So want to make that a heavy traffic area so to speak.

The other thing I want to do is make Tuesdays ask your Aedile day. I know, I know, but trust me I really want to hear from you guys. So shoot your questions over the [HSD] mailing list as well as T/G with your standard hashtag "#askAed" and shoot me your Clan/House related questions.

Got to make another shout out to Jinius as he has been BURNING through the SA and has received 3 Dark Maven and 1 Dark Savant Degree(s) this month. Great Job!

Grand Master Muz is now the new AED for HMR. So when you see him floating about congratulate him!

Final Thoughts

Well I have been enjoying my time in the 5th wheel traveling all over the Pacific Northwest. So much I have actually looked at real estate. But until my son is done with college and whether or not this NFL thing pans out for him. I am making my way back to good ol' Wyoming tomorrow! Two more stops and then its homeward bound. So don't fret if I am unresponsive for a bit, I don't get wifi until I get to the campground and power up the camper.

So look forward to mission(ing) out with you guys some more! I know you guys have tons of great ideas to make House events so lets hear them and hash them out and use them!
