Hello Voidbreakers!

Welcome back to another Jazzy report! If you haven’t heard yet, we have a war looming on the horizon! It’s an exciting time for everyone, especially any of you new-bloods joining us. There will be many festivities to participate in and most importantly, give us a chance to take our place as First Clan (even though Arcona already is the best clan :p).

If you are not aware already, please be sure to participate in each bin that is available during the war! It will better our chances of earning that top spot. And please remember, though this is a competitive season for all of us, have solid sportsmanship. As someone (you know who you are ;]) has wisely put it, “win with grace, but also lose with grace.” At the end of the day, we are all here to kick butt, but to have fun doing so!

Trivia Update

• For those of you who participated in the trivia last month, Rhylance had the correct answer! The lie was that I have five brothers. I do not. I, in fact, have four brothers and one sister.

• Emere has a new friend. He’s a wolf-pup named Tane, after her late older brother who passed when he was twelve from congenital heart failure.

Ask The Cranky Captain

Alaisy Asks:

• I would like to fill in a request form for a round table, several chairs, a set of teacups plus saucers and that white hair strand that I saw on you recently. It's for a hair serum, you could use it for stress relief I think.

  Request denied. Find someone else’s hair for the serum. The white strand is a family heirloom.

• What holes? Khajiit is innocent of this crime.

  Uh-huh. Don’t be surprised by a sudden pay deduction.

• So much for shore leave. How did you enjoy your time?

  It was nice while it lasted.

• As our lovely captain, how are we preparing for the upcoming war? From what I learned, this was a diplomatic and spec ops task force. Do you plan to keep up the tradition, or are we loading up on armaments?

  I’ve been setting up a few supply chains. There’s no reason not to be prepared for anything the enemy may throw at us so yes, armaments are a must. And I’m not very diplomatic but if there’s a job that needs to be done, I get it done.

Tali Asks:

• Have you purchased wartime epaulets for your command post?

  For my command post, no. For my uniform, yes. Never know if I’m or when going to meet anyone of great importance.

• How're the hole repairs coming along? We need all clan assets in spiffing condition!

  Aye. I concur. Which is why they’re coming along nicely since Tir’eivra doesn’t mind a hole in her wallet.

• Did you enjoy the shore leave? What was your most memorable memory to remember?

  I did enjoy shore leave. My most memorable memory was watching the sunset with someone special.

• Have you decided what to do with all the war booty you're sure to accumulate during the conflict? Lucine may have some tips, she had a huge war booty last time around, ain't that right, darling?

  Buy my daughter whatever she wants or needs. All of my needs are currently met, she’s the main thing I’m fighting for.

Tech Asks:

• Why so cranky?

• Can we turn off the gravity? How about the motion stabilizers?

  The Voidbreaker is capable of doing both. And you want to do this because…?

• Where the heck are all these holes in the ship coming from?

• Sulith wanted me to ask you, is it cool if he plays hammerball in the hangar?

  No.

• So how are you liking being our Captain so far?

  It’s a nice change of pace.

Kordath Asks:

• Who's this random Sephi we keep seeing wandering out of your quarters to raid the galley?

  I… don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re telling me there’s a sephi aboard the ship and I don’t know about it? Strange.

Lucine Asks:

• Did you receive your War Shades?

  Yes.

• Are you wearing your War Shades?

  Without a doubt.

• Your current expense report is particularly exorbitant, particularly the repair allocation. Might I suggest that you poke holes in the Voidsuit of the person poking holes on the ship?

  Believe you me when I say I have considered the latter. However, I would rather poke holes in their credit account instead. Ten percent until the repairs are brought to completion.

• What does Emere think of her redheaded boss?

  She hasn’t done anything to royally piss Emere off, so she’s good as far as I know, haha. Maybe annoyed at small favors she deems unworthy of a Captain’s attention. But other than that, she knows whos boss and will follow any orders given.

• War?

  Yes.

• What's the latest Emvie update?

  Woo! Juicy question. Well by the time war hits, Emere would have found her daughter Morra. Because Eevie was once a slave, that insight allows her to help the twelve-year-old cope with the trauma of such experience. It further solidifies Emere’s trust in Eevie, though the Captain still has her doubts because when “things are too good to be true, they usually are.” Emere is ready for Eevie to walk out or hurt her any moment.
