Fading Light

-The third part of Fading Light has been upon us for a week now. You can see all the competitions for it here. Some of the events are timed once you hit subscribe so don't start them until you are ready. Pazaak is probably the easiest way to get participation in on the gaming side and #dbgaming on IRC is hopping with people looking for matches.

Star Wars News:

-Everyone has been talking about Episode VII, but the Star Wars movie I've been excited about is finally here. Star Wars Uncut has released the Empire Strikes Back Uncut. The site's goal is to let fans film the SW movies in chunks of 15-20 seconds themselves and have it spliced in with hundreds of others to make the ultimate fan film. The last one was a pretty funny film with some great surprises. I think it would be pretty cool if some of us from the DJB could bag some spots for RotJ.

-More fan film news. Lucasfilm has announced the return of the Star Wars Fan Film Awards . They are taking entries until January 16th of next year.
