Additionally, Darth Pravus moved from VOICE to Deputy Grand Master, with Mav moving over to take over VOICE! Congrats to both and be very, very excited for some awesome stuff from them soon.

I'm told that Taldryan won the Shadow Academy competition for the Leadership Rewards Course. No word on the reward yet, but well done to all who participated.

As a side-effect of Pravus earning DGM, I've now taken the role of Magistrate to the DGM, helping him out with projects as needed.

Competition Focus

Help out the naming of some of the new upgrades to medals with the MAA's Name That Metal! Basically, the MAA needs suggestions for the top tier upgrades for the Dark Cross and the Grand Cross of the Dark Side.

Was plugging away at this report on and off all day, so I'm afraid I'll be seeing medal notifications in my sleep tonight! Great job by everyone - lots of hardware and I'm happy seeing a good number of you getting some competition participation in there.

Remember that there's always lots to do on the competition page if you're looking to keep advancing up the ranks!

As Halc mentioned in his email the other day, a number of you have been active and showing great participation and attitudes. It has not been over-looked - they are looking to get you bigger shinies, which take a little longer period of activity for the awards to be justified. Everyone is doing well and moving along, so just keep going and you will start seeing more and more merit medals flowing your way!
