Your work has not gone unseen, Clan Naga Sadow. We carved our way to victory during the events of Operation: Antiquity. A few of our number have been successful on a number of fronts. For example some folks, like Jannala Umbra, Hilgrif, Tasha'Vel, Ciara and even your Consul have been scribbling up poetry for comps like Scrounging for Words. Our own Muz has been representing in the Herald's Shroud Tournament. Erik Cato has been participating in a number of several puzzle competitions. Kodais, Malik, Kojiro and others have taken part in Old Republic puzzle series. Coas, Teu, Vosiri, Xolarin and even more folks have taken part in the May the Fourth comp series. As we have lead into our latest action on Yavin, folks have been jumping into the competitions. Oh yeah, I guess the best first spot to jump into would be concerning our event on Yavin.

I am sure that all of you have given at least a cursory glance over the fiction that has been thrown up to lead into the Rebels and Ruins competition series. If not, you can click here to give it a read. Though, looking at the statistics from Ruins and Rebels so far, we have seen a 32% participation rate. Which is not really all that terrible for a short two week event.

If you have not had a chance to take part? No worries! You still have five days to take part in the competitions we still have running! There is still Co-op fiction, fiction, graphics, poetry and puzzles to take part in. And, remember: everyone who takes part WILL be featured in upcoming fictional updates and how the event resolves. So there is no reason not to go out and take a look at all of the competitions running!

News Across the Clan

• The Beginning of the Month Saw the Launch of Ruins and Rebels as the Clan dropped onto Yavin IV

• The Aedile of Shar Dakhan shared some of Hades’ much coveted food pics along with a report promoting the event and the opening of a BTL position in the House

• We also got a bit of Pecan pie /Report from my second in command

• Our Rollmaster also took the time to highlight some of our members as they received as well as just highlighting how excellent our folks are

News Across the Club

• A new FIST. A new (but familiar) Praetor. An incoming Great Jedi War. Get hyped CNS, because we are going to rock it like only we can!

• A New Clan goes live with Clan Vizla

• Alaris’ first report as FIST dropped

• Atra was announced as our new Regent!

• The Headmaster talks about some updates to the Shadow Academy Society, a series based around the SAS, and gave a bit about some potential new courses. Also, there is a bit about reporting errors and things to check out there too, as you like.

This made me smile. I am glad when people enjoy things. I do want to enable you all to enjoy yourselves all the better, and that was an aim with this event. We hope that you will all enjoy the plot beats we will be hitting in the next couple of months as well.

I think this is the part where I blink twice. Bentre possesses the power of a whole one and a half Star Wars nerds (give or take) so obviously superior! :D

Parting Words

I hope to see you all hold strong in the last bits of Ruins and Rebels. I mean, even despite the fact that I cannot place or anything I have still been taking part. As we move into the Great Jedi War, we will be practically exploding the mailing list. So, we will be seeing “booms” in places more than just when Darkhawk announces folks accolades and achievements in the Clan chat.

We have shown in the past that we have the ability to step up and represent in a sweet way, so I look forward to seeing all of you kicking it when the War drops officially, but until then, kick it in Ruins and Rebels, and keep being your excellent selves, CNS!
