The Character seems interesting, but I can't help feel like they are going to be ripping off Kyle Katarn (maybe some Corran Horn) - which is unfortunate because I would see watch a show about either characters.

Otherwise, I think Disney has confirmed the series premiers this Fall with a one hour special on the Disney Channel and regular episodes airing on Disney XD. I'd suspect the usual date range of late September, early October like TCW had.
Freddie Prinze Jr. did the voice of James Vega in Mass Effect 3. Wouldn't have even known it was him if I hadn't read about it beforehand, so I don't worry too much if he's doing voice-work.
