Thanks to Yacks for pointing this out to me. I have been so caught up in other May the 4th stuff that I had forgotten this was meant to be out today.

Check out the first full trailer for Star Wars Rebels, courtesy of the official Star Wars YouTube channel.

I'm still not 100% convinced by the art style... something seems off about the Stormtroopers to me.

Regardless it's a cool first look and I'm sure it'll grow on me.

Looks cool but I agree that the artwork is WAAYYYY to cartoonish. The Clone Wars was perfect but this seems almost more like animated bobble heads, especially the storm troopers.

I don't think any animation style is inherently better than others. The differences are not technological, they're creative. I will also wait to judge this style until I can watch a full episode seamlessly. The way trailers are edited may be highlighted movements that aren't meant to be.

Looks awesome. More Star Wars = ALWAYS good
