I submit Archangel for elevation to the rank of Sith Battlemaster. Having known this member for many years, both here and in the EH, it is always a pleasure to recommend him for promotion. Since his rise to the equite ranks, Archangel has served as a battle team commander, Aedile, and Quaestor within House Caliburnus. He also guided his house through a pair of clan competitions in which his house fought admirably. His personal awards listing can be found below, but what makes Archangel such a valuable member to his house and clan as a whole is his skill with graphics. His contribution to CSP's effort in the 9th Great Jedi War was invaluable to our top 3 finish. House Calibrunus is the most prideful House in Clan Scholae Palatinae. Usually this includes all the members of the House, and it does, but one member stands out above all the rest; he is Brent “Archangel” Lugar Victae (the epitome of House Caliburnus). If I could make the new House Caliburnus logo, I would put Arch’s face in front of the banner.

Arch has been a leader and a worker. He has lead the House as Aedile, Quaestor, and Battleteam leader; he has worked on a multiple of images and designs for the Magistrate to the Herald; and he has lead the House and Clan in fictions and Run Ons a multiple of times (especially during the GJW). He has inspired members, leaders, and underlings alike.

When I first served as Aedile, it was under Arch. He knew what he was doing. He knew the objectives he wanted to accomplish and didn’t have to do it through force. When I questioned some of his motives as Quaestor, his response showed me he was a man with a plan and knew what he was doing. If anyone deserves a promotion right now it is Arch. It was even talked about before the GJW that he should be requested a promotion, and then when the GJW came he busted his heart and mind into it. He didn’t back down. I come before you for to acknowledge, the work of Brent "Archangel" Ligur Victae. In the last year, he has been a multitude of activity and I believe it's time for his promotion to Sith Battlemaster. He has done outstanding work and I ask you to look at all he has done and for your consideration of this promotion.

In the GJW, Archangel has shown how valuable he is to the Clan with his mass of activity. Participating in 14 events including Fictions, Poetry, Trivia, the Clan's Run-On, and ACC matches. However, the Battleplans and Graphics is where he excelled at, earning 5 top 10 entries throughout the War and being awarded a Bronze Nova for 3rd place in the "Effects of War" graphics event, Gold Nova for 1st place in the "Know your Allies" graphics event, Silver Nova for 2nd place in the "Know your Enemy" graphics event, Bronze Nova for 3rd place in the "Contingencies I" battleplan event, Gold Nova for 1st place in the "Contingencies II" battleplan event, and finishing everything off with a Steel Cross for all his efforts put forth throughout the War.

26 total other Awards: 7 Seals of Remembrance, 5 Crescents with Emerald Star, 3 Crescents with Quartz Star, 3 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 2 Crescents with Ruby Star, 2 Crescents with Sapphire Star, a Crescent with Topaz Star, a Steel Cross, a Scroll of Indoctrination, and a Dark Cross.

Held 4 positions: M:HRLD for 4 months total, Sith Commander for Souls of Darkness for 2 months, HC Aedile for 2 months, and HC Quaester for 10 months.

Archangel has been loyal and constantly active for a total of 2 years so far to the Clan. Archangel got his first student to Knighthood, and teaching another student already who is well on their way. He has created 17 warbanners, 26 warbanner emblems and many other small miscellaneous items for his M:HRLD work. Archangel has worked hard on the Military assignments for the Clan. He is an Influential Leader in the Clan Scholae Palatinae Prospectus. He is always on IRC and is willing to help anyone who asks him. He created a backup website with the help of Robin Hawk for Uneasy Alliance feud against Clan Arcona and Clan Plagueis. Archangel has added well over 40 kilobytes of information to his wiki page, expanding his character widely and now has one of the longest Wikis, currently at 75,961 bytes, on the DJB Wiki. Archangel has submitted many outstanding fictions to various comps throughout the DJB. Archangel has participated in numerous competitions, far far too many to count, in the House, Clan, and the DJB since his last promotion. Ran competitions and a Run-On for the House during his time as Quaster of the House. He has created the Souls of Darkness battleteam Roleplaying revamp. He has created banners, Table of Equipment and Organization for all the Clan Scholae Palatinae Legions and Regiments. He has created Barracks and Armour/Vehicle Depot sections of House Caliburnus Facilities Document. He provided 10 names for the Legion, Regiment, and ISD-IIs for the Clan's Military. He took the time to make a report layout for Thran Occasus, the new CON of Scholae Palatinae. He has founded and created a new battleteam, Validus Nocta for House Caliburnus, adding a wiki page with good amount of detail to it, to start.

As you can see, he has been working exceptionally hard this past year since his last promotion. I believe this is enough work from him for a promotion to Sith Battlemaster for he has certainly earned it. As Proconsul of Scholae Palatinae, I bring forth Solus Gar for elevation to the ranks of the equites. A longtime member of the DJB, Solus is one of the premier graphics and layout designers that I've seen both here and in the EH. He currently holds the position of Wiki Staff member and sergeant of one of House Dorimad Sol's battleteams. He has also held a vareity of leadership positions over the years including Quaestor and battle team leader in various houses throughout the Brotherhood. His return to active duty in the last weeks of the Great Jedi War helped the Clan Scholae Palatinae war effort as the clan battled for supremacy with the other clans. I come today to put forth Dark Jedi Knight Solus Gar (Pin# 6430) up for consideration of elevation to Obelisk Templar, the first rank of Equite. I feel that this elevation is long over due as his past leadership record shows. He is currently serving as a battleteam leader in House Dorimad Sol where he is an inspiration to those under his guidance. He also is a house asset with his graphical ability as well as skill at creating webpages. Solus has served as a Quaestor on two separate occasions while he was serving in the clan of Arcona. He came to Dorimad Sol just prior to the Great Jedi War but due to circumstances, he was forced to take time away and decided that it would be best to go to the rogues so as not to hurt the house during the war. He returned as soon as he was able and participated in the last stages of the conflict.

Since his last elevation, he has been awarded 12 Legions of Scholar, a Dark Cross, an Antian Cross, thirty six Clusters of Fire, a Bronze Nova, a Seal of Loyalty, mutliple other Seals (Duplicity, Darkness, Unity) and two Dark Side Scrolls. He is also a member of the Wiki staff and has been working on new templates for use to the general membership.

He is a credit not only to himself, but to his house and clan and I feel more than deserves this elevation to the first level of Equite.

I submit Yeldarb for promotion to the Equite ranks. With his outstanding participation during the just completed 9th Great Jedi War, this member has shown that he has what it takes to become an equite in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Yeldarb has also taking on more leadership responsibilities (time as a BTL and CSP fiction assistant) and incrasing his overall activity (10+ crescents) since his return to full active duty with Clan Scholae Palatinae.

Yeldarb has had a difficult time since his promotion to DJK. He was the last tribune of the Star Wars Galaxies Players Association, a group that came under heavy fire in it’s final days. He served as BTL of Dragon Guard for a successful two months but was forced to resign due to a serious medical condition. He returned to active status in late 2008 and has flourished, submitting to many competitions and generally being a model member. Prior to the start of the Great Jedi War, I opened applications for a position in CSP called the Deacon of Lore, whose job is to assist me as the Priest of Lore in maintaining the CSP Nobility System. Yeldarb was the obvious choice and comes in with a whole host of revolutionary ideas. Attention must also be drawn to brilliant collection of awards he has amassed.

Octavia Kuga has done what is required to get elevated to the rank of Jedi Hunter. Octavia has been an active member of this clan, and has completed the following things to deserve her promotion to the rank of Jedi hunter. She has been a guardian for the required time limit of the six weeks. As well as being active on IRC, within the clan channel #Plagueis helping members out with problems and questions. As well as positing on the message boards participating in conversations on them.

She has also competed in ten competitions, these competitions are as followed: Prank the new Leader, Poetry Fun, Leaders Haiku, Picture Perfect, Shadows Symbol, Inspirational Slogans, Quaestor Word Hunter!, Love of Loss, Give Braecen the Bird, "Orders" Run-on. She has also got a crescent from one of the competitions that she participated in; this was a crescent with Emerald Star. She has also taken the leadership basics exam. She has also ran a competitions which had a good level of participation in it, the competition was called : Who Do you Love?. Since her last promotion Octavia also was a very active member during the war, helping the clan to claim 4th place over all.

I am proud to see Octavia move to the Rank of Jedi Hunter, and wish her the best luck in moving for Dark Jedi Knight. Congratulations Octavia and a promotion well deserved.
