I had a few spats with Ashura when I first took the reigns of House
Marka Ragnos again, however, I have to say he is one of the best
Proconsul's CNS has had in some time. He's been able to transition
from the 'command' of a Quaestor to the assistant role of a Prconsul,
something many leaders are incapable of doing - at least well. His
support of both Houses, as well as the Clan's overall goals have been
exemplary.
Ashura's work on the Clan Plot, as well as his new series of videos
for the clan have been two excellent examples of his outstanding role
as Proconsul, and his ability to excite and motivate the membership of
the Clan.
His accomplishments and achievements are well documented on his
dossier - for all of those, as well as his outstanding service as
Proconsul, I'm happy to lend my name to his promotion request to
Equite 3.

Ashura has been a fervent leader in Naga Sadow. Always encouraging
the clan to be active and have fun. He is always eager to learn more
and always seeking to be a better leader. His humble attitude towards
his duties make him a valuable asset as he sees his job as a privilege
not a right. A trait I have found to be lacking in this organization.
He is well liked among his peers and is always willing to help where
he can. He was invaluable to me as my ProCon and I am proud to
recommend him for this promotion.

In the year since earning the rank of Sith Battlemaster, Ashura has
shown great activity for his House and Clan. In this time he has
earned himself an outstanding 16 Crescents (1 Ruby, 1 Amethyst, 4
Sapphire, 5 Emerald, 3 Topaz, and 2 Quartz), 13 Cluster of Fires, 1
Dark Side Scroll, a Seal of Loyalty, 6 Seals of Remembrance, a Steel
Cross, and a Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Ashura also spends his
time bettering the Clan by taking the responsibility of leadership
roles such as his time as Aedile and Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos
and now currently serves as the Proconsul of Clan Naga Sadow. Ashura
has been in a constant leadership position for 14 straight months
progressively moving up the chain of command.
While keeping up with his everyday duties, Ashura also takes on
numerous other tasks for the benefit of Naga Sadow. He created a very
nice Vision Statement for the Clan

being created where he has led many others into creating nice movies
to inspire the Clan and promote activity.
Ashura also puts a lot of hard work into helping develop the Clan;
from his development of numerous NPC characters to the ongoing Run On
that is being used in conjunction with his Clan Plotline project.
Combine his individual accomplishments and his leadership experience
and I believe Ashura has earned the rank of Sith Battlelord.
