What makes a leader great? Is it their ability to get things done? The ability to inspire others to get things done? The willingness to see things from every person's point of view as well as impress upon them their own? The ability to resolve conflicts easily and quickly? If so, then Ashia is one of the better examples of a leader that this club has seen. She has done all of the above, from her own active participation in the vendettas and competitions of both clan and brotherhood to running her own competitions and helping others under her care to do the same.
Further, Ashia's trial by fire as proconsul directly led to her recent appointment as Consul. In working with Trev, she has quickly taken on the mantle of CON, and is highly respected within the clan elders and journeymen alike. Based on her consistent and excellent levels of activity, her outstanding leadership skills, and in light of how she has handled accelerated responsibilities, I am proud to reccommend Ashia Keibatsu for the rank of Krath Epis. Leadership requires dedication, patience, and a willing to go above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done. These are the qualities that Ashia demonstrates on a consistent basis. She has actually sat down with individual members to help them maintain strong levels of activity, while keeping the level of entertainment alive within them. Willing to sit in on minor meetings for things we take for granted, Ashia demonstrates to her clanmates her dedication toward them and her willingness to help them in any projects provided, be it House or Clan-wide. Her strong work ethic and constant level of communication have been praised by many of the newer members.
On top of all of this, Ashia was recently appointed to the position of Consul; the first time a female has held the position in the entire Brotherhood. This alone is a monumental feat and one that I believe should be highly praised. Many times have I looked at Ashia as an example of what a leader should be and what a member should strive to become. With nothing more needed to be said, I do hereby recommend Ashia Kagan Keibatsu for the rank of Krath Epis. Congratulations, sis.

Ashia has been one of the most positive forces driving Clan Naga Sadow since I joined last year. As a QUA she continued to push her members to think about the Clan as a whole and to promote activity. However the real results of her leadership abilities were shown when she became PCON; as the two of us began to work more closely
me being QUA of HMR. During the time she was Proconsul of Naga Sadow, she has helped get to know and guide the Quaestor's in the development of their Houses, to ensure all members new and old were seen too. She has brought about a new stability within the Clan and during the Artisan competitions ensure all members took an active interested. With her appointment as Consul, I can only see greater things for the Clan. For Ashia there is nothing more important, nothing more vital than the wellbeing of the Clan. I would be even be bold enough to say she is Daughter of Sadow materiel; if anything this promotion only shows her dedication, loyalty and continuing development to see Clan Naga Sadow rise above to greatness. Her leadership ability is a testament to this.

To begin, I would like to say that I am sorry. I have been a royal pain in the ass to most my clansmen, but to Ashia even more as I defied her on occassions that were fairly innocent in nature, still I bitched and moaned while normally I could have said 'thanks'. So, where am I going with this? Ashia handled with it, she handled with it with determination that only the strongest leaders in the DB have and a sense of knowledge and a way to handle difficult decisions that would make most Journeymen flinch.
Overall, I'd just like to say I am very proud, honored and priviledged to serve under Ashia as she was my ProConsul, and now stand on top of the foodchain as Consul. And I am determined that she will make it far, because she has something that I, as a wronged Quaestor, lack.
A sense of good will and an open mind to anything.
Still asking why she'd need to be promoted? To put it simple, she is a leader I can look up to.

Throughout the past two and a half years Ashia Kagan Keibatsu has become one of the key figures of Clan Naga Sadow. Passionate about the Clans success, Ashia has always strived to give her all and make the Clan the best it can be. In the past year she has thrown herself at such feats as the Great Jedi War and the plethora of events and activities Clan Naga Sadow has seen in the period since as both Quaestor and Proconsul and now Consul of the Clan. Always a stalwart defender of the up and coming journeymen, Ashia is one who has stood up time and again for the interests of the younger membership. In a taxing and difficult period in the Brotherhoods life, Ashia has not allowed the pressures that have brought down others to weather her resolve, a trait that will surely do her well in the days ahead. While perhaps at times a controversial figure, this is one of Ashias strengths and reflects the uniqueness in Clan Naga Sadow for its leaders to brush aside their personal differences and work together to get the job done for the good of all the Clan. I look forward to seeing her shape into a memorable Consul who, together with her Quaestors, Ashura and Ylith, will surely lead the Clan well through the coming months and the Great Jedi War that is to come. Ashia Kagan Keibatsu is a fine example of what a leader should be. She stands for the good of Clan Naga Sadow and what the rest of the clan should strive for. She leads by example, always keeping active and showing the younger members what it means to be a active. Whenever you have a question or issue she is quick to step up and help you with what you need.
Her genuine concern for the Clan and its members are something you just do not see today and I for one am honored to serve her. It is a great honor to be allowed to help recommend Ashia Kagan Keibatsu for elevation to Krath Epis.
