Rho has fulfilled all of these requirements, as follows:
Be in contact with your House and Clan:
Rho is frequently online, often talking to any number of members within the Clan and Brotherhood.
Complete one of the Leadership exams:
On October 18 of 2006, Rho completed his Leadership fundamentals, as can be seen in his Dossier.
Promote and run a competition for your battleteam, successfully:
At the request of the House summit, Rho ran his competition for the House rather than the battleteam. The awards were eventually recommended and awarded by him. The competition he ran was: whos caption is it anyway?, competition ID 2426
Participate in at least eight activities:
Rho has participated in seven activities during the Feud, and several before that including several gaming nights and ICTEs.
Earn at least twenty clusters of fire:
At present, Rho possesses a total of 135 clusters of fire, as can be seen on his Dossier.
As Rho has completed all of these guidelines, and more, I would like to respectfully request his promotion to Jedi Hunter.
