PRT Neophyte, since he has joined the DB and had his learning to the Dark path in House Oriens Obscurum, is always showing great interest and effort in anyway he can. After obtaining his last rank, he kept on his Dark Jedi learning process by completing five advanced courses in the Shadow Academy (Lightsaber Studies,Test of Wisdom,Advanced Test of Wisdom, Marksmanship, Obelisk Core). He continued to have his interest in the Shadow Academy and submitted an advanced course proposal to the Headmaster that received the HM good impression for his effort. He was obtained three times placing as [HOO] Victor de Obscurum as the third, the second and the first for three weeks respectively. ([HOO] Victor de Obscurum placing 1st awarded Cr-S x1(09/29/2006), [HOO] Victor de Obscurum placing 2nd awarded Cr-E x1 (09/16/2006), [HOO] Victor de Obscurum placing 3rd awarded Cr-t x1 (09/30/2006) He has maintained good IRC presence to communicate with his BTL, the house summits and his fellow battle teams as his duty to be the Flight Leader in Pandragon. Considering such activities along with the accomplishment in Arcona promotional guidelines, I hereby recommend him to continue his further learning in the rank of Guardian. Congratulations.
