For completion of 4 SA Exams, I feel this member is deffiently in need of the next ranking, He has Taken the leadership exam and application exam, DJ mediation, and Sith core. Activity of this caliber is worth more than a simple Promotion, 4 SA exams in 2 days...VERY IMPRESSIVE

Since mid-May, Lucien has been pulling "double duty" in the Clan... both as KCE (which is a very demanding job in my clan) and as an AED for House Byss (now house Bane). He has performed above and beyond my expectations in every way. Just a sampling of what he's done follows:

1) Helped design and implement the Wisdom of Plagueis (AKA The Path of Kun)

2) Helped new members go through the SA and to get acclimated to the Clan

3) Created and run competitions for his House

4) Been a constant source of advice and levelheadedness for me

Without him and his hard work and excellent attitude, the Clan would not be where it is (and where it is going). I've seen nothing but promise for him, and I continue to look forward to working with him.

Aksle has always been an active member of the house and has become one of the most active in recent times. He was given several tasks as part of the Master/Student program and he completed each task before the next one was even assigned. He is ready to take on the rank of Guardian.

Langis has only been under my tutelage for a short time, but I continuously see her developing into a full member of the DJB. Recently I noted she has completed the following: Leadership Studies, Dark Cross awarded, ACC:Seeker, Active on the Message Boards helping continue run-ons and define our member of the month, couple this with an excellent IRC presence and I believe this individual is ready to begin the Trials to Knighthood!

Kaek told me the other day that it was the best day of his DB career. The Super AWOL had started, and Kaek would soon be allowed to start deleting dossiers. It's his favorite past time, and I could definately feel the excitement. He said at one pont that the only thing that could make the day better was if he got promoted. I said to myself "if only you knew."

<br>There have been 4-5 people come to me in the past week that have stated that Kaek deserved to be promoted. I myself have noted on more than one occasion that Kaek needed it. I am more than happy today to act on all of those requests.

<br>Kaek first jumped on the scene in front of me a few months ago when Corran Force resigned. I did not know him well at all, but had heard good things through Mav and others. I have to say, after reading his MAA application and talking with him, I admired his enthusiasm, work ethic and personality. Kaek is a one-of-a-kind asset in this club. He has a vision unlike many others in that he knows what needs to be done in his position to take it to the next level. For example, Kaek is now working on a very detailed MAA manual that will help in transitions of future MAAs. He is making it so detailed that any peron who can read should be able to do the job after going through it. As P:MAA, Kaek is always timely. He does not wait to respond to emails. he is always thorough when examining requests. Along side Khan, Kaek helps to make a very strong MAA office. They are fair, formal and fast. Kaek has a large part of that to his credit.

<br>It's not all P:MAA for Kaek, though. The man works hard as Proconsul of Arcona as well. Consul Halcyon agrees that Kaek deserves a promotion. He has been influential in communicating with members and running events in the clan. He is able to hold a hard position of PCON while also juggling the duties of P:MAA. It's truly a task for the strong.

<br>Truly a testament to the way Kaek works was the Super AWOL check. In order to send out the 2700 emails to the members, we needed to send 200 every half hour so as to not get marked as spammers. Kaek volunteered without me asking and gave an entire day to the job. When I had to leave early he did not complain, but instead took over the task with enthusiasm. That to me was the mark of a truly dedicated leader.

<br>I cannot think of a person more deserving of a promotion today. Thus, it is my distinct pleasure to elevate Kaek to the rank of Sith Overlord. Congratulations, and thanks!
