Khalin has been an instrumental memeber of the Clan Exar Kun since before we reformed under our current name. He helped me forming the clan after the split. He has also helped menage the clan in the many weeks of absence I had to take for my honeymoon, the settling for my marriage and other work related stuff going well and behiond the call of dutie in countless occasions. He has proven over and over he's worth of reaching a new rank but has been put on hold due my fault and it's time he finally recive the recognition he deserve advancing to a new rank.
