Shimas has had outstanding participation in the GJW thus far, ranking as the 2nd most active member in House Gladius, having especially proven himself in the ACC. He is a strong member of the House and an example to the other members. Both myself and my Aedile believe that Shimas is worthy of a promotion to Guardian.

I recommend a promotion to Canvus from Novice to Acolyte due to his fullfilment of the CSK rank requirements and as well for this boy's excellent communication activity, i don't see a minute that he isn't on mIRC nor does it take more than a few hours to get an email back from him.
