Primary reason: Apprentice Incendus stood in the meeting hall of his House, where several of his Housemates were gathered. His Housemates and friends he made within the time of joining were seated before him. His Aedile stood, gesturing for him to kneel. 
The young Apprentice fell to one knee as the Aedile, Socorra, raised her hand. A small shadow creeped from underneath the outstretched appendage and descended on the Apprentice. 
"Light is limited, young one," the leader spoke. "Darkness is infinite, my master," spoke the Apprentice as the shadow fell upon him, to be absorbed by the Dark Jedi. 
"Congratulations, Incendus. You have taken a step further into the Dark Side of the Force. You have attained the rank of Novice, and are now fully a part of the Brotherhood. Stand and be recognized." 
The newly promoted Novice stood and faced his brethren. Those in attendance applauded and as one, they shouted: 
"ARCONA INVICTA!" 
I would hereby like to request a promotion for Apprentice Incendus, who has currently fulfilled all requirements for promotion under the Dark Jedi Brotherhood's promotions guidelines, as follows: 
Perform a single, basic DJB activity beyond the Test of Lore: 
Incendus has participated in the Valentines for Arcona competition. As Incendus has fulfilled this requirement, I would like to respectfully request his promotion to Novice.
