This is one that actually slipped through my fingers unnoticed and it's a shame. Hawili has completed the Leadership Studies course, the ACC Initiates course, and received an Emerald Crescent from a Plagueis competition. Although he has only been active within Arcona for a short while, he was however overly active in his previous home, Tarentum. During his time in House Tridens, Karel earned himself over 100 Cluster's of Fire; 9 Crescents and 3 Legion of the Scholars. From this, it can be easily extrapolated that he was tremendously active, as these medals show only the times he "won" and not his overall activity at the time. These medals alone however show great strides, and it all occurred after his promotion to Jedi Hunter and before his time in Arcona.<br> <br> As such, I wish to award Karel for his overlooked hard work and effort. He is very determined in helping the house and clan in every possible way. As a master, he offered his experience to the entire clan and now his apprentice is kicking ass in the GJW and doing wonderful for a newbie. That's terrific since we were lacking in the "skilled new blood" department. Not to mention that he’s always around on IRC and he is always there to help or chat with. <br> <br> And as an EP I had the pleasure of seeing Kromtal working with Anshar for the SA. He is helping the SA a lot and I'm not the only one that thinks highly of him, all the people that had the chance of working with him would approve me. <br> <br> Since 4 months is a lot of time, I can only apologize for this due promotion. Congratulations Kromtal! <br> <br> -Quaestor Frosty Romanae Tarentae- <br> <br> <br> Much of what Kromtal has accomplished is not readily known to the members of the Brotherhood, however the implications are clear. As a member of his House Summit, I get regualr reports on his activity but not only. <br> <br> On the Brotherhood level, he has shown great stewardship in his various positions. He has: updated the SA website; has done coding for the SA redesign project; graded approximately 150 SA exams (in July alone); worked on the fictional content on a sensitive DB wide project; and has done most of the coding for the KCB's website. <br> <Br> Kromtal has proven to be a great asset and loyal member of House Gladius. To such an extent, that no mere medal could do justice to his sterling performance. I believe with all fiber in my being that he has earned a place in the ranks of the Equites. <br> <br> -Aedile Sato Bruth'Kothae- <br> <br> <br> Kromtal has worked very hard as Praetor. He has great turn around time and he currently grades two courses on top of his work on the new site.
